“We were on the road this morning from Pawhuska OK. To Kearny NE. Pulling a 41’ RV behind our F250. Our truck is a 2021 and we have had no problems with it at all. We were going up a hill and we heard something make a loud POP. Immediately the truck wasn’t pulling. We got to the side of the road, went out and looked around the RV and truck and couldn’t see anything wrong. So we tried the truck again and it wasn’t going anywhere. So we got on the phone for a tow truck. We were sitting on the side of the road for about 4 hours.We got a call from Brett at Express Recovery. What a blessing this man is. He loaded the truck and RV on his truck and down the road we went. We had to drop the truck off at the Ford dealership and look for us a place to put the RV so we could stay and wait on the truck. Brett said he knew of this RV site down the road from the dealership and he would take us there and pull it into a spot for us. This man is a jewel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set up.I would recommend this man’s tow service Express Recovery to anyone needing a tow. He doesn’t hesitate to please.”

I appreciated the text messaging that provided updates and information regarding progress and when they would be returning my car. As a courtesy, they washed and vacuumed it before returning it.
