“So it was interesting because there seemed to be a misunderstanding about what I wanted done due to me maybe not being specific enough and also them not quite understanding what I was saying. But fortunately after I arrived to pick up my car I was very upset initially because I didn’t feel the job had been done because of the circumstances I just explained after I was probably a little rude but more frustrated than anything I took a moment sat on the picnic table under a tree out front. Then we talked they made everything right with me. Also the did something to show us later if there’s a problem we can easily fix it. This to me is customer service at it finest there was a misunderstanding we recognized that and they were good to me. I will recommend them to people, I will bring my car back. Alex is a good guy they are doing things right.”
