Staff was knowledgeable and stocked the part needed while others had to order it in. My daughter was visiting from out of town and needed to be mobile. NAPA made that possible. Good experience.

The store was clean, but the associate who helped me seemed to have been confused about what I was looking for until I explained it a couple more times. I found that the oil filter wrench I got worked out but was a little expensive.
