What a joke. Have contacted customer service 2 times via their email submission and haven’t heard anything. I’ve called them but due to my work hours they always seem to be closed. Got a back cargo mat and the fit is not “like a glove” as they claim not did it have features as pictured and advertised. I quadrupled checked that I didn’t order the wrong thing, but they could have messed up because you receive no invoice or description with the boxes that come. When I spend $200+ dollars I expect customer service to answer their email that they tell you to use on their site.

I regret every day having invested my money in something of very poor quality that after a few days of using them they were deformed, I made the claim and they sent another product of worse quality and without the logo, that is, the hole where the HUSKY LINERS logo goes, I really don't recommend them, don't waste your money on this company, there are better companies with better customer service!!!

Terrible customer service and shipping time.A horse with a computer and cell phone would offer better customer service than what they have in place currently.

SEVEN MONTHS AND MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN FILLED. I ordered the complete set of floor liners for my 2024 Honda CR-V. (Front and rear mats with trunk liner) The order was made on Aug. 15th 2023. Todays date is 3/3/24 and I have still not received the rear floor mats. After repeated calls I was told there is nothing that can be done and that I might be better off ordering from a secondary company, so far the order has been bumped out four times. If you value customer service and timely deliveries order from another company.

Garbage products and service. The liners feel like tupperware on your floor. Also very slippery. Very poor quality. Their customer service is awful. They charged me an extra $60 for shipping without letting me know before charging my card. Scam artists. They refused to refund.

Placed an order for liners for my 2018 Honda Pilot on 9/21. Never was actually emailed/texted/called when the middle row did not show up, after the 1st and 3rd rows did. I called and was told the liner would be sent out the first week of October. Nothing came and I called again. I was promised the liners would be sent out 11/10 and I would get 15% back for the inconvenience. Called today because I never received any updates or the 15% back. I am now being told the liners won’t be ready until 12/15, a whole 3 months after I ordered them. Spoke with Pam and she stated she “Did not care” what was promised before because they can’t control when the products are made. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or different rep, Kam stated she was the only one working at 4:50 on a Friday… I thought I was making the right choice over weather tech but should have gone with them instead**UPDATE**Still have not received the floor mats. Being told it will be in production on 12/29 and ship 1-3 days after that. Still not offering any help to rectify the situation other than a supervisor will call you by Wednesday…

Ordered trunk, backseat, and front seat liners on 9/14/23. Got the trunk liner 9/21. After multiple calls to the company, I finally got my front seat liners almost 2 months later, at beginning of November. It's now JANUARY and no backseat mats, even after multiple calls and promises that they'd be sent "next week" every time I call. It's been 4 MONTHS! Crazy, especially since I'm a returning customer. Will only give me a refund of 25% (originally told me 10% per month it takes me to get them, then they went back on that). Quite frankly, I think I should be getting a full refund at this point. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

I ordered a floor mat for my 2016 Honda Odyssey on 9/7/23. 4 weeks later, I received a wrong item, which was not even a floor mat. I tried to contact customer service multiple times over the next few weeks, but they never responded. I tried calling and finally got somebody, but they didn’t make any action on my case for over a week. I called again and finally got a competent individual on the phone. I had to print a label and return the other item on my own time and effort. More than 10 weeks later, I finally have my floor mat. Needless to say, I am never using Husky Liners again due to shipping incompetence and nonexistent customer service.

My box was missing half the product (2 flaps). Customer service is difficult to deal with and not very helpful. I am still without the product I paid for and keep having to jump through hoops to get nothing in return.I'm sad that I switched over from their competition and will gladly switch back for all of my future trucks. I ordered these parts 2 months ago and still don't have them on my truck bc of their mistakes.Odd, bc RealTruck has pretty good customer service.

Ordered weather beater liners for my 2023 Kia Sportage. While the 2nd row are great, the driver & passenger mats do not quite fit properly; the outer edges are also curled in & the holes for the mat locks are round while the vehicle floor locks are oblong so they do not lock into place. I've sent multiple messages to Husky with zero responses other than the automated response indicated my message was received. Highly unsatisfied. Will never deal with this company again. Switching back to WeatherTech, which are far superior with great customer service. This company has terrible products & zero customer service.

Just bought liners for my 2023 Grand Cherokee. They arrived speedy quick and look fabulous in my jeep. My husband wants some now since he has weather tech and mine looks much nicer. Previously owned weather tech liners in my Durango, but these look and fit so much better

Customer service is terrible or at times nonexistent. If you have a problem or a return just get ready for the run around, that is if you can get a hold of someone. I received a notice of shipment for the first half of the order but nothing for the other half (cargo liner and floor liner). When I needed to return part of the order, I called and told that I should receive the return instructions by the next day. I didn't receive anything, so I called one week later and explained to the customer service representative what had occurred and assured me that I would receive something the following day. Again nothing, I even emailed them, but going that route you are not sure whether anyone is paying attention to incoming emails....much like when you call in....three weeks later and still nothing. The positive is that the product appears to be well made and sturdy. I also have weather tech and say that they are roughly equivalent. Based on customer service I would lean toward weather tech.
