Wilson Foods is a hidden gem and the only grocery store in its small town. It recently completed a fantastic remodel. While some items can be a little pricey, the store has everything customers could ask for. Its excellent meat department is a major highlight, featuring very nice, red fresh, and plentiful meats. They process their own sausages and smoke different kinds of meats. The fruit is considered the best by far in multiple counties. The store provides a worth-it hometown feel and the owners are noted as being very nice and helpful.
Awesome grocery store. Modernized with a nice linoleum floor. Has a hard work in the far back.

Wilson foods is diamond hidden in the rough. Wilson may be a small town but their grocery store can definitely hold its own with the big city stores.. the meat dept is very nice and always red fresh and plentiful. And the fruit. Best in 3 counties byfar not sure why but ellsworth & lincoln. Fall short in the fruit dept.
