Great wash and good vacuums. The wash tunnel is longer than the Zips at Maple & West for a better wash.

I went to Zips on N. Maize Rd. and I thought the service was amazing. The manager on site, Shawn Blattner was extremely attentive and took the initiative to offer help. Then followed up to ask about the service Zips provided.
I am extremely happy. I would recommend to all my friends.

I love my member sticker!? It makes coming in smooth and simple. I can even wash it twice in a day if need be. I live on a dirt road so I'm definitely getting a good deal! Kind and helpful employees as well! ?

$10 for 30 days seems like a good deal, money-wise, but the ceramic coating is a sticky, gunky mess on my trunk lid and hood--even after using the towels to shammy and going through twice!
Also noteworthy--the guy who opened the 13th and Maize store in Wichita on Sunday was rude to boot.

The men doing the car wash on 6/14/24 @12:30 pm were more interested in their phones than helping the customers. The first one at the pay station, you almost had to pry him off the stool. And the second one, who should be spraying the car, just wanted you in and back to his phone. We have a membership but are now thinking of switching. I get they’re underpaid but they still signed up for the job…

I paid for a $24 car wash and maybe got $5 worth. Went back and the attendant told me the lady in front of me had her car in park so it probably messed up my wash, still didn’t try to make it right. This is not the first time we have had this problem. Asked him to turn the tire shine off and he said don’t worry it’s not working. If it was the lady in front of my vehicles fault then why wouldn’t you offer to send me through again? I will never visit a Zips again
