The staff is always really helpful, knowledgeable, and provides the best customer service in town. There is always someone to help find items and answer questions. The store has a good selection for home projects and BBQ supplies. However, as a smaller storefront, it can be more expensive than larger chains and may sometimes be out of stock on certain items.
