This was the first time getting new floors as a home owner. Chance and Finn made this so painless and easy. Our floors came out perfect. The carpet crew followed behind them and were in and out in 4 hours. Unbelieveable. Wood flooring for the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Carpet for living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. So quick.

I highly recommend Wichita Wood Floor Specialists! Our project was to refinish the 30 year-old natural color kitchen floor, correct the splits in the finish between boards, and to match the color of the 1950s wood floors in the rest of the house. Chance and Fionn did a super job and now the floor is beautiful! The wood grain shows up for the first time and the color is a great match!

We had the pleasure of having WWFS come in and sand and refinish our old wood floors that were in really bad shape and needed some replacement slats.
Chance, Fionn and Tyler owned it. While Tyler is a new hire, his attention to detail was top notch, while Fionn and Chance were a pair of excellent examples to follow. Very patient, very specific and not micro-managing.
Our floors look brand new, the replacement slats of red oak matched great, and we are really happy with the results. Thank you so much for being part of our continued improvement project with our home.

We had water damage to our oak floors and were in need of repair. We chose Wichita Wood Floor Specialists, they truly are specialists!
From the consult to the completion Robyn and staff were very prompt and professional in communicating every step. Darry and Logan who did the labor were extremely skilled and did an excellent job in replacing areas with new to blend with original flooring. They were a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend them. Our floors are beautiful

With how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to track down contractors to do work these days it is so refreshing when you finally find a new go-to company for whatever task you need done. After my experience with Wichita Wood Floor Specialists, I feel like I have found my go-to company for anything to do with hardwood floors. After another contractor had left me hanging on the job with an approaching deadline, I made the call to Wichita Wood Floor. Within hours I received a call to set up my appointment and the very next day Dave arrived to measure my house and prepare my estimate. He did an excellent job explaining the process from start to finish that would achieve the finished look I was after. Later that day, I received the estimate online and accepted the bid and scheduled a day for the work to begin 5 days later. Their technicians Chance and Fion showed up to the jobsite every day on time ready to get to work. They were extremely personable and professional with great attention to detail. Thanks to their hard work the floors turned out great. My floors are 1-1/4” red oak I wanted a very light natural look. After sanding we utilized the Bona Red Out to neutralize the natural pinks and red tones of the red oak floor. The floors were then sealed with Bona’s NaturalSeal and two coats of Bona Traffic HD in a matte finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with Wichita Wood Floor Specialists. The whole process from start to finish was very simple and every person on their team from start to finish was very prompt, professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to do business again with them and highly recommend them for anything hardwood floor related.

Wichita Wood floors has exceeded my expectations through out the entire process. From the initial meeting with David to the crew of Cody and Landon installing and refinishing our hardwood floors, this process has been amazing. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about every detail of your project. They answered all my questions, I had a lot, and even taught me things I didn’t know that helped guide my decisions. I will definitely have them back out in the future for more projects and recommend them 100 times over!
