My grandson went with his daycare and all the children really loved participating in the arts

Great fun at their event last night. The sculpture tour got us out exploring Old Town. We submitted photos for their photo contest. It was fun. Also enjoyed their local artist art show and as always, had to buy something from their gift shop.

I am learning to paint with acrylics in a class taught by Wilfried Fathi. The demos, instruction, and studio are very good.
CityArts is a community arts center located in historic Old Town dedicated to providing education and artistic opportunities for Wichita residents. We offer art classes and workshops for all ages, family events and four gallery exhibition spaces. Classes are offered in photography, fiber, silversmithing, glass fusing, glass blowing, painting, pottery and drawing. CityArts provides year-round art classes, the CityArts Art Shoppe and four gallery spaces that display a new exhibition from local artists each month. CityArts is owned by the City of Wichita and is managed by the Arts and Cultural Services Division within the City Manager's Office.
