I have been working out at USA Martial Arts for over 6 years...I take cardio kickboxing and fitness kickboxing bootcamp -- and am totally addicted to the workouts. I feel strong, healthy, and young - plus, it is an amazing adrenaline rush, and my energy is off-the charts. My 40+ year old body might not move as quick as I did when younger, but it still looks great. Anyone can do this workout, it doesn't matter if you are young or old. In fact, if you are my age or older and are finding it difficult to lose weight, I strongly urge you to enroll in this fitness program. It will be the jumpstart you need to get back into shape and lose weight.
