Came by there for a problem with my mini bike pull cord I was walking no tools stopped in ask the nice man to use the tools to fix it and would even pay him to use them he let me use the tools I needed and even helped me with trying to fix it and even gave me some good advice for my problem got he help me get it started and then told me I didn't have to pay I much appreciate all your help

The guy that works there charged me a super high price for 2 old tires that looked like crap, then when I was paying for them he charged me 50 cents for a receipt. Really rude and unprofessional service.

Terrible business man 445 he tells me he can't help me till tomorrow while my car sits onthe side of the road. He dont close till 530 45 min. Good thing you are not the only one in town that sells tires! Jerk. I will take my biz some where else and make sure to tell people how helpful your not

Very good place to get tires. I went in thinking I would get used tires, but after talking with the guy, I ended up getting new tires. The price was great and the service was even better. Hard worker, personable, and pleasant demeanor. Would recommend.

Go here! This guys shop goes back in time. No sales rep or manager up front trying to sell you on the most expensive tire.He provides great service, is friendly, and he has every intention to give you what you ask for. He doesn’t try to upsell you.This is my third time using him in the last 7 years or so. If you’re looking for basic car service, maintenance, tires etc…this is the place to go. 5 stars!

I went to Julios Shop for an oil change, not only did he change my oil and filter, he repaired my loose under cover because he noticed it was fixable, at no extra charge. So I then made an appointment for much needed new tires. Julio was punctual and had me ready for my road trip in minutes! He explained the charges so I knew exactly what he was charging me too. He even showed me where to place the jack if I need to change a tire. I would recomend Julios Shop because he cares about his customers saftey. Thanks!

Don’t go in there if u are a women and I would definitely take pictures of your payments he had a new sheet and a new price every time I made a payment. Then told me I never asked for a matching rim for my car. I’m very upset it wasn’t worth the discount to get screwed over

He refuses to honor a manufactures warranty after not only a Hercules tire rep told him to, but he also called his personal tire wholesaler who told him to warranty the tire. He wanted to make excuses such as tread depth without placing eyes nor measuring depth on a 6 month old tire. Then refused to refund until the cops arrived for a tire he tricked me into buying because he claimed there was no warranty on the damaged tire in the first place when i asked about the road hazard warranty. At the end of the day i was given a refund, by intimidation after he threatened to call the cops on me as if i was wrong, and them showing up and explaining basic sense about refunds on products or services never received.Edit: I seriously wonder how many times he has refused to honor a manufacturers warranty for the customer only to then charge the customer for a replacement tire and he then just warranties the bad tire and keeps it to sell. Such bad business ethics.
