This place is scam city. They lie cheat and steal. I came in to get a tire alignment, they made me wait 3 hours in the lobby, and when they called me to pay, they said they didn't do any work and instead they did an inspection and charged me $90 and told me I needed $2500 in repairs when my 30 year old truck obviously is worth less than that. I hate Bosley they are evil and liars.

So not only did they still stuff out of my car but when I called and talked to the manager he told me sucks to be you he knew exactly what was stolen out of my car the manager and then they didn't even tighten up all the lug nuts on my tires worst tire place in the world don't go there unless you want to get ripped off and robbed but they will smile at you when you leave when you're walking out the door

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.I took my car here for an alignment on my 1998 Toyota 4Runner. They quoted me over the phone that the price of my alignment would be $109. When I came back after the work was completed, the bill was $130ish and some change. I asked why my bill is higher than what was quoted and the manager stated that "The work took longer than usual". The fact that they can charge you $20 plus more than what was quoted just because the work took longer than usual is price discrimination. Whenever they have a sales person write up your bill before they work on your car, they never actually tell you the total until after the work is done. They don't tell you because they change the price on everyone based on how much more money they can make off of them. They are an extremely unethical company and refused to make the problem right even after taking multiple vehicles to them in the past. There is a reason that Bosley closed almost all of their locations in Wichita.

overcharged me by way more than I'd like to admit. The staff was very nice from the moment I got there but took advantag of me not knowing better. If they'd like to make things right I'd be more than happy to bring in more business.

I went in for a tire leak and they told me we'll check it if you rotate your tires I was ok with that they said the fixed it. I still had the leak. When I came back they didn't have the help to look at the tire and told me to come back. I have done business for years here. I will be try someone new for the repair.

My car was making a knocking and clunking sound at the rear suspension, and there was vibration and a knocking sound at the front drivers side. Obviously suspension! I requested a "suspension inspection" to find out what was going on. They took my car in, and told me they couldn't find anything wrong, except that the passenger rear sway bar link (that I installed) was not tightened enough. And that maybe I should go get a second opinion. (Pretty bad that they are not confident in their own assessment.) I asked if they could tighten it, and they said that they wont follow somebody elses work. Not like I am asking them to commit a felony. Then they told me that they don't inspect noises! That would have been nice to know in the first place. Instead being made to feel that they would be able to pin point the issue. Then on my invoice, it says that it was an alignment inspection, and not a suspension inspection. So what did they really look at? I feel like I just pissed away $25. My car is still making noises, and there is vibration, and the ride is not smooth. Very disappointed.

I went in July of 2019 for tires. They did not offer any kind of inspection. I spent about 400.00 on 2 tires just to have them wear out in less than a year. I went back June 2020 to ask about my issue. They said it was my fault and didn't offer to do anything about it. I will NEVER do business here again. We own 8 vehicles and from now on they will only go to Firestone.Where they do a complementary inspection on your vehicle before you put tires on.
