The rooms were clean; we were however charged twice for our stay. Once by Airbnb and a second by this place. My wife contacted them and they assured our card would be credited back that amount. We have waited, and still are out that money. On a side note, our credit card we've had for several years was compromised shortly after our stay. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Wichita, I'd look elsewhere.
Safety: Had a fenced parking lot with keypad for guest entry onto the property.

Clean place, great gym, friendly staff, good coffee machine in the lobby, and complimentary laundry det and dryer sheets. Right across the street from the baseball field if you like baseball and they are playing!

Sara was super helpful getting me checked in and taken care of. I had a slight issue getting connected to the WiFi and she got it resolved right away. Super friendly staff and attentive to us guest. Highly recommended coming and staying here it was super clean and spacious for a business trip.

Book this hotel all the time to visit my daughter in college, love the environment here, very modern. Has all the stuff a ready home will have, This hotel is way ahead of its time. You will not regret your stay here if you are traveling with more people.

I booked this hotel in January for a stay in June. I was given a confirmation and a follow up a few days before saying they were ready to welcome me. Then I arrived and they had "no room available" and offered me a hotel not near the center with no apology no explanation. Do not trust this place to honor reservations, they must have gotten someone to pay more and were happy to get rid of my reservation. I reserved this place specifically for the location. BEWARE they will just sell you out with no warning.

It was adequate. The "suite" or "apartment " side has not been renovated. It is clean. No wash cloths. One packet of coffee with no cream and sugar. Just a very basic room. No vending or ice machine. Coffee machine in the lobby was broken.

Had a great experience at the Water Walk. It was exceptionally clean, modern and the staff + Manager were friendly. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay!

My home away from home... I love the place. Location is great and easy walking to a couple of coffee houses, museums, and a baseball park across the street. You have the river at your doorstep and loads of stuff to do. I visit Wichita each month for a week or so. This is a gem. Clean, safe, and friendly.

Apartment was a one bedroom. Very clean apartment. The kitchen was more than adequate. The fridge was very big. The oven was great as well. The living room was roomy enough for two. The bedroom was a good size. The bathroom was clean and a good size. It was a quiet building. The staff was helpful when any question was asked. We will stay again.

We were in town with a group of friends, this place was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and were able to sit and visit in the privacy of the apartment. The place was clean and the price was reasonable.

I loved this place! If I keep getting deals on Priceline I will continue to return here! It was very clean and more than enough stuff and space for me and my children! I only wish they had breakfast.
