I am a A.J.P. (Acredited Jewelery profesional from (G.I.A.) Gemological Institute of America) since 2003. I took my personalized Cadillac Watch to have 1 link removed. What a sloppy job from the kid that waited on me. He damaged my last link next to clasp. Quess what l paid to have my wacth back, damaged! $17.50.

Best place on town. After I ruined a really expensive Tissot that I have. I decided to go to them (referred by Randy cooper). They fixed my Tissot, buffed the scratches that I made and made it looks like new. I definitely recommend them.

The only reason they are getting 1 start is because that’s the lowest it will go. This place is a scam. I dropped off a watch to be repaired in October of 2024. I was told it would take 8-12 weeks to fix. 11 months later I still don’t have the watch and the owner was very rude when I called earlier this week. I’ve called the shop 4 times in 11 months requesting updates. I’ve only received one call back out of the 4 times I’ve called. For the one update i got, I was told they would have the watch ready in May this year. I didn’t call again until end of August. After waiting 10 days, I called again this week. At which time the owner told me I wouldn’t be receiving a call back until the watch was fixed which, according to him was an indefinite time frame and he pointed out that he has customer watches in his shop that have been there 5-10 years waiting on repairs. Avoid this place at all cost. They don’t keep their word and then when you call for an update, they are rude.

Took my watch that had a second hand fall off and the time was a little off. They put the second hand back on and realigned the time in a matter of minutes and was really affordable and did a fantastic job.

I walked in to find out more about the pocket watch I got from my grandfather who passed away. They were able to not only give me a quote for restoration of the watch, but I got a history lesson and an introduction to how the watches work. They told me it is now over 120 years old. Their waiting list is long, but Greg worked with me as a modern gentleman and I am willing to wait to have the piece restored.

Needed my wife's watch band adjusted had been told bt 2 jewelers they couldn't do it. In and out here in 10 minutes! Highly recommended.
