Purchased a furnace control board through them. Installed and found the issue was not control board. Switched back to my previous control board and returned the item. Come to find they’re saying that the board is non-refundable due to it being installed for 5 mins on my furnace so it’s no longer “new”. Absolutely no damage to the board. Don’t know why they would even allow a refund option for a non-refundable item. Still no communication about them returning the item they’re refusing to refund to me. So keeping the item and refusing to give me my money back.

1 star because they close at noon on Saturday and not open on Sunday when EVERYONE IS WORKING ON THEIR STUFF. Had to resort to Amazon 3 times when I prefer shopping local. It's your own fault.

There a Spanish guy kinda ball headed that work here, act very unprofessional, not a good costumer service at all, if he doesn't like his job or working here he needs to get him self a new job.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would without hesitation. I believe I worked with the owner today on an old AC unit that stopped spinning. I recently purchased a new fan motor, start capacitor, and fuses. Everything was installed and working well until 2 days ago. I brought in the start capacitor and fuses to get tested and found one of the fuses was bad. I was advised the capacitor was good and given kindly a new set of fuses. After putting back the capacitor and new fuses the ac unit and fan kicked back on!! You guys are a true life saver!!!

Had the part for an old appliance, and knew what to order if needed later. All I brought was the model number. 15 minute fix, saved labor cost.
