Tried to order a cake here and they told me that they only take orders for the heart cakes 24 hours in advance. I would have understood had I not tried to call the bakery the evening before several times before they had closed to order the cake, I woke up super early to try again to order it so they would have plenty of time and they told me this. Make the bakers should answer the phone. Even when I called the next morning as soon as I got through to the bakery they just hung up instead of answering so I had to call again. Such poor customer service. I called a different baker who made the cake for me.

Found everything I needed, although it took a second trip by the cream cheese. Check out was quick and checker put my bags in my scooter cart. She also asked if I needed help out. Very courteous!

This Walmart is always clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Groceries are always fresh.

I talk to a guy on the floor about a safe on clearance and he gets permission to do a 10% deal on it because both boxes were smashed up. They said yes then they bring me up the most smashed safe and I say hey I'd rather have the 1 I talked to the guy about they said no that smashed up box is full price. Gtfoh, horrible management I feel sorry for the workers

I sent my brother $15. He's homeless. He wanted to get money for bus to get to the mission. He didn't know his ID was expired for one weekend they wouldn't give him the cash I sent. And I asked the manager if he would help him get out of the cold he said there was nothing they could do. I know people that have worked at Walmart and getting money is all to their discretion. My brother is homeless so they profiled and couldn't even help him. I thought Walmart was family oriented. I hope my brother don't freeze too death.

The most horrific experience of my life. I was given gift cards that were defective. I was accused of being a liar when I called back to possibly see about getting the gift cards cashed out because I was trying to drive home which was four hours away and the fuel centers were now closed. I was treated by Letty and customer service with no respect and her entitlement attitude needs to be adjusted. I went to purchase a couple of items after I had been cashed out on one of the cards. Letty came from the back of customer service to the register that I was at she suspended the transaction took me back to customer service. I’m assuming it’s because the cards were defective and there was still an issue she asked for my ID. I gave it to her. She wrote my name down and then at the end of the transaction because I paid with partial gift card in cash. She told me she would be giving my name to the store manager, and then I would no longer be able to cash out on a gift card because I didn’t use all the money that I had on Fuel. I’m absolutely livid at the way I was treated. It doesn’t matter what I purchase with my money Letty get that straight and to threaten me to be blacklisted because I didn’t use all the money I had on fuel that’s none of your business.
