Walmart Supercenter offers the convenience of online shopping for fresh groceries, with options for free same-day delivery and pickup for Walmart+ members. Customers can order as often as they want at the same low prices as in-store, with SNAP EBT cards accepted. The store provides express pickup for a small fee, and trained associates handpick groceries, including organic produce, guaranteeing freshness. The Walmart Grocery app allows customers to check order status and choose pickup times, and staff will load groceries into the car, making shopping easier. Despite these services, the store is often crowded and busy, especially during peak times or certain seasons. The large size of the store helps, but limited checkout registers can lead to long waits. Some customers have experienced difficulty finding items due to store layout differences. There have also been issues with customer service, including disrespectful treatment from associates, poor management of pickup services, and problems with damaged or missing items. The money services department has faced challenges with rude staff and bias, which have made transactions difficult. Additionally, some customers are concerned about the large homeless encampment outside the store, which may impact shopping comfort and store cleanliness. Overall, the Walmart Supercenter appears to be in need of better management and staff training. Customers note that the store could improve in customer service, organization, and overall atmosphere. Many have stopped shopping there regularly, visiting only when necessary, and suggest that improvements could help restore a more positive shopping experience.
It's a nice location. Much better than the pawnee/Broadway.

This Walmart is always crowded. But I love that it's so big. I wish I had more time to actually shop in here. But I only come here during my lunch hour. And more often than not I see someone from church.
