Ordered photos and there advertised time was an hour until pick up, I arrived a little over an hour later to pick up, when I arrived the order had not started and I was forced to wait over 40 minutes as I was nit told that the order hadn't even been started until I got here until it was almost done

Worse cashier in the am, there're rude and like to act that they know better. And don't even try to used paper coupon or expect rewards back. Cus machine are not working if you do or even if you don't. This store has a lot in stuck for the same reason no one like to be treated like you are not welcome there.

I’m just amazed…my doctor sent in my daughter’s prescription for her eczema 2 days ago now…went lastnight to get it and waited for over 45mins in line to not get the medication….never received a message even saying it was ready….was there 45 mins for the line not to move!! Came back today for them to tell me me that it’s not ready! Like what???? You’re telling me in 2 days you guys haven’t been able to fill her prescription??? Came back up the next day and I was the only car I. The drive through and have been waiting 45 mins now. Crazy.

I was on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 minutes. I was next in the que and heard the phone be picked up then hung up. I called back and now there are more than 3 callers ahead of me. This has happened repeatedly.

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Keep you on hold. Answer and hang up if it's within 30min of lunch. NEVER have meds ready or always have problems. Issues with insurance when the insurance has been the same for years. Other locations AMAZING. This one is horrible.

AVOID for prescriptions. This location used to be good. The last year or so they have had many issues with delaying prescriptions I filled days ahead & having long waiting lines. This week I went the first night to pick up, the line at the drive thru had 4 cars. I know it’s going to be slow when they have that many in line. I went inside only to find a line of customers waiting down the freezer aisle, I don’t know how many people long. I left. In the meantime I had a 2nd prescription sent in that was to be done by a certain time 2 days ago. Checked & it was delayed, called to ask why & couldn’t get thru to anyone. Called my Dr. and they sent the script in again. I called again after that one was delayed & had 3 people ahead of me waiting and hung up. Called again later and at 31 minutes hung up after they didn’t answer. Wanted to find out when it was going to be ready. I stopped in again & the first prescription was ready but they couldn’t give me the second b/c a pharmacist hadn’t reviewed it. How many days does it take??? They could only say call tomorrow & check on it. I told them I shouldn’t have to do that, the pharmacist needs to do their job and work faster if they are that far behind. They can only say “we are behind” when asked why the delays and long lines. While I was in line they had 2 people ahead of me that had been promised a prescription due at a certain time that they didn’t have ready. They were not happy, and neither was I & voiced that to the clerk and nearby pharmacist. I called the next morning as soon as they opened & while on hold had someone pickup twice & put me back on hold without saying a word. Finally got someone and was told the pending prescription would be ready in an hour. Checked the app a couple hours later and it’s still delayed. I called again only to be told I’m # 3 in the queue. That was the last straw. I transferred the delayed prescription to Dillons and they filled it within 20 minutes of getting the script from my Dr. I don’t know if management has changed or what is causing all their issues, but they need to do MUCH better at their jobs. They seem to have the same amount of staff in store as usual. You can’t keep delaying prescriptions for people who have to have them. It’s totally unacceptable!!! I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Pharmacy is AWFUL!! Dr put me on a steroid to help with foot pain. Went to Dr. Nov 6th 2024. Kept calling recording said still working on it.i was also told it'll be done later today Nov. 6th LIES!! Went up there today nov 7th because nobody answers phone STILL working on it she said no filler was in won't be ready till after 12... It's just ridiculous Walmart pharmacy was never like this!! We had to switch because of our Ins.

The current manager likes to close the store 5 minutes early. Take that into account if you need any last minute items.

the worst pharmacy ever. Will let you stay on hold for an hour then forward the phones to after hours. Will never have your prescription ready even tho they send you a text or voicemail saying it’s ready. if i could give 0 stars i would. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
