⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an amazing experience at Walgreens store # 2750, thanks to the exceptional service from Ali, the cashier, and Hallie, the store manager. Hallie was incredibly helpful with the print photo shop, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Ali provided outstanding cashier service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Together, they truly exemplify the definition of an "A Team." Their dedication to excellent customer service made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this Walgreens location for their fantastic staff!

I can not believe the # this store has. The pharmacy alone is Five star thank you Emily and I believe her name is Taryin for all you're help for the beginning of 2024 in the pharmacy. Us idiots that are just starting on Medicare that do not have clue how our insurance works. But we are so fortunate to have these young amazeing women to help us old people out on learning what we should know. Thank you all at Walgreens I love what you all do. Thank each and everyone of you

This staff is atrocious. Rude, untrained and more.

Done getting my meds through this place. No more. The pharmacists obviously can't do their job and document my medication history in their damn computer system. Won't even give me 1 or 2 emergency tablets. They don't care what happens to you. Gonna find a more reliable, caring place to get my meds from now on

This location is so slow. They take their sweet time to get you your scripts whether at the drive through or inside. Slow slow slow.

Slow, awful, disrespectful service. They act like you're at fault when their register and the price on their shelves doesn't match. I've had this happen to me half a dozen times at this location alone now! Tonight I lost my temper. I was nice until they wasted 20 minutes of my time and other customers time over 50 cents and their mistake. Then I was not. Admittedly, I was quite rude by the end. Honor your prices, be respectful to your customers regardless of how they act, and apologize when you are wrong. Who taught you customer service. Apparently no one. The manager on site should know better. The cashier looked like a deer caught in the headlights and probably should look for a job that does not involve dealing with the public. Step up your customer service game Walgreens: Here's your first lesson: TEACH YOUR ASSOCIATES TO APOLOGIZE WHEN YOU ALL ARE WRONG. Instead of accusing me and assisting I'm wrong from the get go, if the clerk had just said 'Oh sorry, I'll go check on that immediately..." it would have been completely different. I'll even set an example for you: I'm sorry I cussed at you when I walked out the door. That behavior was inappropriate. I'm not sorry, though, that I listed this review. Terrible customer service! Learn to apologize, you can't always be right. Secondly, be grateful you all have jobs. Your customer service is almost always terrible and slow at this store. Obviously, your management needs more training, and you don't seem to care that you need to actually help customers. I've had to wander around several times to find a cashier to even check me out. Frankly, I miss the older workers that worked at your store. They had manners and common sense. Maybe bring back some of the people that probably had to quit because of Covid. These kids don't deserve these jobs. I'm sure I'm not the first customer that cussed at you when walking out the door. You need to do better. Now I'm going to post this on your corporate website, too, along with the details of my purchase so they will know which employees to better educate. Thanks for the opportunity to share Walgreens.

I don't want to complain as I love Walgreens but the experience I just had has me fuming. I called the Haysville KS Walgreens and was told to make an appointment for a flu shot. I made one for 5:50pm 10/28/2020. I arrived at 5:40pm. I did not get to the front of the line until 6:14pm. No worries it's a busy time of year, I get it. Once at front I told who I believe was the manager that I had a 5:50pm appointment. He actually laughed and said it's gonna be a while. He said come back tomorrow. I repeated I had an appointment and he asked who told me to make one. I responded his store. I called and that's what I was told to do. This is the part that upsets me... He said well that was "worthless". I said really? He said ya does no good and it's first come first serve. I asked then why do I have the ability to make an appointment. And he responded "good question". I said thank you and left. I spent 40 minutes there for nothing after doing what I was told to do. Somebody needs to educate him so he can educate his staff that making an appointment is "worthless". Therefore nobody has to wait for appointment then be told to come back tomorrow.

The staff seems to always be on their toes. From the moment I arrive I always seem to get a greeting, I'll do my neccesity shopping then as I'm leaving I always receive the heartfelt farewell. These guys make me feel like family and I hope they can change your mind on whomever you are going through for prescription and make you feel just as great as I did when I first came here.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I purchased a half gallon of chocolate milk for my kids who drink that stuff like water and halfway through the jug my kids were saying it tasted a little funny so I checked the date and it was 3 days out of date. I was shocked that they would have a milk product that far out of date still on the shelves for customers to purchase. I would never recommend this Walgreens to anybody.

Down right hateful in that pharmacy drive thru while I’m I have my grandbaby in car and the script was called in there. Never have issues at Barneys that’s why I drive 20 min instead of 2. But my daughter DID use Walgreens. I haven’t used them in YEARS for exactly same reason as today!!!
