They don't care let you know that they are out of stock on certain medications. They NEED TO let us know to have the option to go somewhere else and not be waiting for whenever. Them asking if medication is needed today would be great! Or at least letting you know they are out and won't have any available until such date!!!! Is just BAD service all the way!

This Walgreens has gone completely downhill. I call in a refill on my script using the automated service and somehow it doesn't get refilled even tho I had confirmation it was. I also went in for a refund and instructed the cashier, before he processed the refund, that the bank card I used was closed due to it being compromised. He then handed me my receipt and told me the refund went back on that card. I told him AGAIN that card is closed and I don't have it anymore. He then said, "Well, I wish you had told me that before I refunded it". I don't know if he's deaf or just dim witted but I couldn't have been clearer. He then tells me that I have to call my bank and Walgreens customer service to fix it. As I'm walking away he proceeds to continue yelling at me, in front of the entire store, that I need to call customer service. Awhile later I called to speak to the store manager and ended up speaking with a shift lead named Mikayla. I explained the situation to her and her solution was to call back during the week to speak to the store manager Aja. So her solution was to give me another person I have to call to resolve the problem that the employee created. I also asked her for the employees name at which point she said, "I don't feel comfortable giving that to you". I said I want his name for when I speak to customer service. She then stated it was policy that she's not allowed to give out employees names. I pointed out that they wear name tags and I would just have to come back to the store to get it. I also said first she feels uncomfortable but now it's policy? If you are going to lie to customers then lie better than that. She then proceeded to give me attitude and interrupting me when I was speaking. It's obvious there is little to no customer service at this location. I have no reason to return to this trashy store and I will be transferring my prescriptions. Thanks for making my decision easy by your horrible service. You need to do better, though I doubt you will.

My husband had surgery where he had a total knee replacement on March 4 in the morning, in the afternoon the Dr told me that they had sent the order for the medications to Walgreens on 31th St and Seneca St, I went on March 5th at 9 am to pick up the medicines and they told me that two were not ready yet, that I could pick them up in the afternoon, I went at 6 pm and the medicines were still not ready. Can you imagine what would have happened to my husband if the pain had been very strong and he did not have medicine to calm it? I honestly do not understand this type of negligence and irresponsibility regarding a person's health. Very disappointed with the customer service of this pharmacy.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. The Pharmacy department is a complete joke. I called in about a prescription and was told if I could make it there before close they would have my prescription ready. I got there well before close. Next morning the pharmacy department told me that my prescription wasn't ready and that it would take at least 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with their department fid somewhere better

Walgreens at 31st & Seneca (Wichita ,KS)used to be awesome, NOT so much. Generally the workers are rude and not helpful whatsoever. If I Dr calls a script in, it's takes well over 8 hours to fill, you have to call to light a fire under their butts to get it done. EVERYTIME! even urgent meds! They constantly don't have enough meds, and accept you to wait a day or 2 for their shipment to come in! Obviously several patients can't afford to miss even a daily dose! Ridiculous . U shouldn't have to to call them to get your meds completed, especially when they have the script from the Dr! I personally had to call about my daughters mental health meds, after they had it for an ENTIRE DAY, spoke to them at 8 pm, explained she can NOT skip a day, and the rude worker said "we will TRY to get it done before close, maybe" keep in mind it was only FIVE pills, and they close at 11 pm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I have NEVER had to call to tell them I need it filled, especially after they hold them for 6+ hours. So if u have a script up there, u literally have to call to get anything done. I'm sorry. But wanted people to be aware . I will be changing pharmacy ASAP. For my entire family. Also, idk if it's every Walgreens around town, but the one on Seneca is absolute trash now. Hope this helps you.

Not the safest area but a decent pharmacy and clean store for the most part. Prices here at Walgreens are extremely high though. Id recommend checking elsewhere for what you need before buying at Walgreens. They do have some neat items though that you don't find at other stores. No problems with any employees.
