The overall shopping experience isn’t bad. It can be challenging to get in and out of the parking lot. Photo centers can be very convenient if you have used their online tools to have the pictures ordered. Wait times at the pharmacy regardless of you have an appointment or not is excruciating.

0 stars. Their rewards program is a total fraud. The coupons and discounts given are just a play on words for the customer to jump through hoops on misleading coupons. I spent over $100 dollars there and received a coupon for $5 off my next $20 purchase. So I went back to use it and it said in small print and the cashier who was pretty condescending said she couldn't explain it simply enough for me. Apparently it's a $5 reward that is to be activated the second time u come back then it appears on your account the third time u use it. Obviously they have had this problem several times as they explained before they even scanned it. What? So I get a physical coupon for $5 off my next purchase but it only credits me on the second visit to be redeemable on my third visit???? I wonder if anyone regulates these coupons and if so I really hope they see this. Thier prices r higher than most other stores anyway, it was just convenient for me. I won't be back to a Walgreens ever!

I went to go pick up business cards from this location they lost my order. Then after resubmitted my order and waiting 30 minutes when I came back I was told it's only a ship to store product. No phone call.The photo tech was not helpful at all. Would not recommend this store at all.

This Walgreens literally sucks. I have never left a review anywhere before so that's gotta tell you how bad it is. There's about 15 people waiting and they take one back every 15-20 minutes. I made an appointment and they are not honoring it. I have been waiting for 45 minutes to get a simple shot that I could do myself in 2 seconds. I don't understand why they are so slow. If you are not going to honor the appointments then do not have them available to make. And for the love of god either get more staff or staff who are more competent at what they're doing. If it was possible to rate 0 stars I would:)

Pharmacy is awful. Waited an hour for a post-operative prescription, the pharmacists excuse was that she had to give flu shots. Learn to prioritize care.

Always understaffed. Everyone is super polite here but I always wait at least fifteen minutes in the drive thru. Switched to Dandurand.

I had this prescription sent over 24 hours ago. The first time I called they told me they didn't have it but would tomorrow. That's fine, I can wait. Afternoon the next day I call to see if I could have it transferred elsewhere so it could be filled faster, the representative let me know that it was in and would be filled soon. 4 hours later I call again and ask if it will be ready today. She explains it's almost done but it's been an hour and this medicine is for the flu. No sense of urgency whatsoever and I've been patient and understanding. If they are busy I'd appreciate them sending the medicine elsewhere. Maybe more training is needed. Regardless... NEVER AGAIN
