The store employees are always friendly & helpful. My only complaint is I had a vaccination yesterday, 1st appointment of the day, & the pharmacist who was new to that pharmacy seemed rushed & flustered. When she administered the vaccine, it didn't take & the liquid dripped down my arm. She didn't hand me a tissue or say anything but to have a seat outside the door. I didn't know what happened. A few minutes later, she came back gave me the vaccine again. She was very nice. My complaint was that I was not given information of what happened and it was anxiety producing. I'm not afraid of a needle, but someone else could have been and the pharmacist needs to be aware when she is administering a vaccination.

Liz in the makeup department's customer service is a 10/10 GIVE HER A RAISE! She was super sweet and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!

0 stars. Their rewards program is a total fraud. The coupons and discounts given are just a play on words for the customer to jump through hoops on misleading coupons. I spent over $100 dollars there and received a coupon for $5 off my next $20 purchase. So I went back to use it and it said in small print and the cashier who was pretty condescending said she couldn't explain it simply enough for me. Apparently it's a $5 reward that is to be activated the second time u come back then it appears on your account the third time u use it. Obviously they have had this problem several times as they explained before they even scanned it. What? So I get a physical coupon for $5 off my next purchase but it only credits me on the second visit to be redeemable on my third visit???? I wonder if anyone regulates these coupons and if so I really hope they see this. Thier prices r higher than most other stores anyway, it was just convenient for me. I won't be back to a Walgreens ever!

Always understaffed. Everyone is super polite here but I always wait at least fifteen minutes in the drive thru. Switched to Dandurand.

I had this prescription sent over 24 hours ago. The first time I called they told me they didn't have it but would tomorrow. That's fine, I can wait. Afternoon the next day I call to see if I could have it transferred elsewhere so it could be filled faster, the representative let me know that it was in and would be filled soon. 4 hours later I call again and ask if it will be ready today. She explains it's almost done but it's been an hour and this medicine is for the flu. No sense of urgency whatsoever and I've been patient and understanding. If they are busy I'd appreciate them sending the medicine elsewhere. Maybe more training is needed. Regardless... NEVER AGAIN
