It is rare if this place has your prescription on time. Find another pharmacy. It will save you a lot of time in the long run.

What's the point of making appointments if you are still waiting 30 minutes later. Don't bother filling out the vaccine forms online either .... You just have to do it again when you get there....

I have had the pleasure of using this Walgreens location for the last three years. The greatest % of the staff in the Pharmacy go far above and beyond to take great care of their customers. It's not hard to see that they are a busy location, I would suggest to anyone "feeling" that their service is not superior, please take a moment to consider the impact these current times have had on these professionals. I can't begin to count the times that the Pharmacy staff has taken the time to ensure my needs were met, and any questions were satisfied. Kudos to these folks, they REALLY DO CARE!!

I always have issues with this pharmacy, from them sending my prescriptions to another Walgreens, to the pharmacy tech who is just rude! Today I waited in line for over 10 minutes, finally got to the window at 1:31 and they said they couldn't help me because it's their lunch break. Which I understand, but I literally waited in line for so long, they could have given me my prescription.

I just went to Walgreens at Harry and Webb to pick up a prescription. I’ve always had my scripts filled there. I walked back to the pharmacy, stood while the couple in front of me were being waited on. I must have waited for 5 minutes when the person helping the couple finally said. We’re closed, these people were already here. We’ll open again at 2:00. At this point it’s 1:35. I said what? She said we close from 1:30 till 2:00 so you’ll have to come back then. I sai

Elf cosmetics would not let me return their RANCID face primer. I should return to the retail store. I do not believe a bad product is a retail problem . However, Dustin , the manager was very helpful. I returned the items and made another purchase. Also received a $5 coupon. Elf cosmetics lost a customer I will support our local Walgreens!!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Walgreens. I have been getting my prescriptions from Dillion's for years and have had no issues. I show them my insurance card, and get my birth control. I tried this Walgreens once and it was awful. Not only did the lady refuse me my medication and shut the windows on my face right in the middle of me asking her why not, but she demanded all of these other medical cards that I never even knew I needed. I've never had that issue at Dillion's and I wish that Walgreens would've communicated to me Before hand that I needed more medical cards instead of being rude to me.

Drive-thru customers are actually left sitting at the counter back there for 15 minutes holding up the line and NEVER given anything. I've seen this a couple times until some rough crowd behind me got angry and started to yell and shake his fist...This isn't the greatest area any more and some of the clientele might take out a gun to settle whatever is wrong in the drive-thru over and over...REALLY big run around about refills and told it's ready and sent home empty handed due to employee errors too many times. Try Andover Walgreens at Central and Andover Road, it runs better, not perfect but better.
