I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy department had the rudest girl (supposedly named "Ronnie") working this morning at 940am. She placed me on hold immediately until my call rerouted to her, answered and immediately placed me on hold without allowing a single word from me, and did this until my call auto disconnected. I'm beyond livid and when I finally called a third time, I instantly shouted for her to stop rerouting me on hold to get her to help. RIDICULOUS. SOOOO close to just taking my business to CVS down the street. Hire better staff, Walgreens. I know you guys have the funds for it.

I've had problems with Walgreens pharmacy delivery set-up and after calling asking for help a female wasn't knowledgeable and the call dropped, she failed to call me back. Finally I got it figured out with my debit card entered correctly, and now my prescriptions that are ready by email notifications, they are slowly sending them one at a time. I currently have 20 scripts and 6 supplements that I take daily. On a yearly basis that's around 20K. I'm thinking of going to my insurance Pharmacy as I'm not satisfied with Walgreens.

I love this Walgreens! Anthony is the manager and he is total customer focused. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. Christine, Tanna, Dawn, Anna,Courtney, The whole team is awesome. Go in and check it out. April in the clinic is great too.

They fill half a perception due to them not having enough in stock and then charge co pays twice after they give you what they owed you..... Ridiculous... Why should one need to pay a 2nd co pay because they can't keep stuff in stock.????
