The crew here was awesome. Came by for some junk tires to workout with and the gents there were welcoming/helpful. Snagged 4 huge tires and they helped me load em onto my truck.

Salvador is hands down one of the best tire techs in Wichita I’ve had other tire techs come out to fix me up but none of them compared to him he is really knowledgeable and fast when it comes to tires he got me fixed up and back on the road in no time definitely will be asking for him again!

Called the store and they had the hard to find tires in stock. (17.5") Arrived Saturday morning and without skipping a beat they jumped on and got me taken care of right away. Definite saving to the address book for any needs while in this area. Kudos

I had this company fix a tire on a piece of our equipment and I took it home and parked it. When I went to use the equipment a couple days later it was flat again. Mind you when I was in there shop they advised me that just the bead was leaking. So they applied a black product and put it back on. I paid the bill and left. When calling to inform them there repair failed they instructed me they would send someone right out. I was pleasantly please with there customer service since they didn’t get it the first time. Since the time of there truck showing up to fix the tire. Which I had to provide tools to assist him the tire seams to be fixed. Never was givin a bill or asked to sign anything. So I assumed it was on them. Now they are calling demanding I pay them for a truck service fee plus the cost to fix the tire again. When speaking to them today they reduced the price they claim I owe but still demanded I pay for there truck fee. I said I own trailers and shall I known I was going to have to pay again I would have probably taken it elsewhere. When I also told him I’ll pay the bill but never use them again he said he’ll put negative reviews about our company. Beware of this company and go somewhere else to save the headache I’m dealing with.

Tim no longer works here and I was up charged roughly 100$ per tire from research I did. I was also told I would receive a phone call back for a quote and never received one
