Im Vietnamese. Nothing to be in racism circumstance here but many are kind of “traditional” VietNamese women. i have bad experience with Vietnamese tax preparers. Many times needed to get back to finding other professionals to amend my income tax. I have knowledge about irs tax forms and finance. Some of many relative people that i know had to amend their income tax and fortunately still within 3 years limitation or else they would have lost thousands of bucks. Please do your accounting job including giving advises and explainations to customers who dont know much. If you all keep your Vietnamese traditional behaviors and manners. You will lose many customers which is not my thing and i wont give a sh** but be sure that people paying for what you need to do.

My brother did his taxes at Vu Income Tax and I must say I am beyond irate with the service he received. I referred him there only because it's local and he recently moved back to Wichita. I personally have never been there but after hearing how the tax preparer and receptionist treated him, I'll pass pass pass. She was rude to him and when he asked questions as what any client will do, she was so condescending to him. He said he felt so belittled. She was very entitled and was annoyed at everything he asked. I am a business owner myself and rule of thumb for any small businesses, treat your clients with kindness and respect because that's where you get referrals. I'm sure my brother will share his experience but I had to say something because I know very many vietnamese clients that have been to her and get the same or similar experience. What is disturbing is that they continue to go there because they do not speak or understand english. That's not a reason or right to treat others like that. I gave a 1 start only because there's not a negative star to click on. Beyond angry.
