Horrible experience, bought 2 vinyls from them that were horribly warped. Their trade-in value is horrible. Their systems are also horrible, I bought items from them on the 19th of last month only to find they just now charge me the next month on the 6th causing me to overdraft. Not coming here anymore.

I called and ordered Seraph of the End, the complete first season (24 episodes) to ship to me from the Wichita Vintage Stock. I confirmed with the person I talked to multiple times what I wanted to ensure that I was going to get exactly what they were advertising on their website. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was not what they had advertised had online. It was some sort of limited-edition set that came with only half of the first season (12 episodes as opposed to the 24 episodes of the full season) and some sort of decorated cardboard case was filling the rest of the storage box. It was not what I ordered and not what was advertised on their website. When I called the store that I ordered from (Wichita) to ask what I should do, I was told to take it to my local Vintage Stock for a refund. I did what was instructed but was not given a full refund. When I questioned the amount of the refund they gave me, I was told by the store in Columbia, MO (which is my local store) that "I was sh*t out of luck". I understand that mistakes happen, and I am not upset because I received the wrong thing. I am furious because Vintage Stock is trying to keep a portion of my refund when they are the ones that sent me the wrong product.

My family and I always enjoy going here to shop. They have a wide variety of games and some action figures as well. The staff are pleasant and helpful as well.

I highly don't recommend buying or selling anything in this store unless you wish to waste money, everything is way over market price yet they'll only give you a fifth of what you should get when selling items such as figures

I went at 740pm, they close at 8. They already had their gate a quarter of the way closed. As soon as I walked in, the cashier was unamused and let me know that I have less than 20 mins. The people who came after us were also confused on whether it was open or closed. They were also greeted with a hostile warning of a 20 min closing time. My son and I left without buying what we came to get. And we will not be back.

Cool stuff but they lost a sale cuz they wouldn't let me use my debit card without an ID. LOL spent like 500 bucks in other places no prob. They lost a sale. They must not need business

I love Vintage Stock their prices are reasonable for movie music and others are very reasonable ❤️❤️
