This is my all time favorite place to shop!! I was so happy to see they were open! I used to shop at the one at Bradley fair and was so sad when they closed. I will definitely be making the trip to indulge.

Peppery haired woman salesperson was so rude. She asked if we were looking for anything and when I said we were looking for a button up, she turned around and we thought she was going to show us to some, but no, she’s was not interested in speaking with us anymore. This is my second bad experience in this store, all because of the rude salespeople.

I went into Versona in the afternoon on 9/23/21 and there were only two other customers in the store (who were not being helped when I arrived). When I walked in the store, I walked by an associate and she didn't even acknowledge me. When I got to the back of the store, I walked by the other associate that was working and she didn't acknowledge me either. Due to the absence of customer service, I left and went to Bling. The second that I opened the door at Bling, an associate greeted me and asked if there was anything I was looking for (which is exactly what you SHOULD expect upon walking into a store). Even though I saw items that I would have liked to purchase at Versona that day, I didn't purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. I did, however, purchase items that day at Bling and I wasn't even planning on going there.

We used to like this place, however, I took my wife and daughter shopping this weekend and we didn’t have masks in my truck, so I planned on asking if they had one when we walked in. Long story short, one of the gals working there barked at me “you have to wear a mask to shop here!!!!” To which I replied, do you have any?This is where the 1 star review come in. She put on a single glove to have me three masks, made us feel like we were filthy dirty people and that she was going to die by handing me a mask.We will never spend another dime in this store ever again.

A lot of choices for clothing and accessories. I always love their selection of merchandise but don't love the inconsistency of the customer service. My most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. Associates were unfriendly and the manager on duty was snobby when something I was purchasing had the price marked wrong on it. I was told "there was nothing they could do to override the price." I bought the necklace only to return it 15 minutes later because the experience bothered me. Just wanted to put it out there not every experience here is a good one! I'll think next before going in there ever again.
