I had Journey help me out today and I was completely blown away by how great she was. Stayed past her shift to help me, was extremely friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. I’ll be purchasing any phones and or accessories from her going forward.

Verizon Rep. Zach is amazing. I went in for the free iPhone and iPad and he explained everything. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with! Great customer service. He deserves a raise!!
