We are extremely disappointed with the service that we received at this location. We upgraded a phone and spent a significant amount of money at this store, and Courtney was clearly ready to get off of her shift and pass us off to someone else, except no one else came to help and I had to interrupt another staff after sitting there for over an hour. Upon coming home this evening, we are realizing that there were multiple changes to our phones (when we were only upgrading one) and changes to our plan that were the exact opposite of what was discussed and completely unauthorized. This was by far the worst service I have ever received at a phone store. Save yourself the time and stress, and drive to another location.

Margo was so amazing she listened, told us why things were doing what they were doing, and went above and beyond for us! Been to this site multiple times and didn't recieve nearly as great of service as I did today with Margo! Props to you and keep doing what you're doing!

Strike seven. I have visited this store three times. No results. Manager said would call me back last Friday and did not. Tech support also said they would call me back and failed. Referred to Best Buy from rep by the name of Angel who said they could transfer information. Best Buy said and I quote “they say we can do a lot of things we can not”. Worked for Verizon for 13 years and so dissatisfied more importantly disappointed in the company I once endorsed and was a brand ambassador for. . Between Verizons tech department who also did not deliver by not calling me back together with my lack of satisfaction with visiting the 21St store three times yet no result in solving my problems . While everyone is polite the store is only about sales and skilled with nothing in the way of solving a customer’s problem. Received a bill for $255.xx (with automatic deposit) when I was promised my bill would be suppressed. Originally told my bill would be ~$70.xx. Do not fall for upgrading your phone for “free” it is a scam to get out of the upgrade is impossible.

Horrible sales person who is apparently a robot. I supposedly agreed to protection plan. No corporate discount. Call head quarters since I don’t know how to do more than one thing at a time.

Worst customer service. No point in making an appointment when they're going to allow 2-3 walk-ins ahead of you. This is the second time this happens to me in this store. Thought the first time was a fluke and was willing to give them a second chance, but obviously that is just how they operate on a daily basis. Ridiculous.

Intense atmosphere. You can tell the staff is set up for failure with insane quotas; they're desperate. Insanely overpriced on accessories without price-matching. Poor poor staff. If you go, bring a smile and $30 extra for each accessory. Staff is trying, and management is not. BB is next door btw. They sell Verizon without the used car sales shtick.

Had an amazing experience with Angel, he was very nice and helped me with a complex situation. Go here and not any of the “Verizon Authorized Retailers”, the authorized retailers have no idea what they are doing, will give you a headache and waste your time.

Went to the store to connect a phone on the Verizon network on a prepaid plan. The associate named Terry informed me that that wouldn't be an issue. Prior to ascertaining that said phone could in fact connect to the network, Terry charged my account $86. After numerous attempts to connect phone to the network Terry informs me that said phone didn't have the required hardware to connect to the network. Terry then informs me that because it was a prepaid plan there is also no refund available of $86. My confusion is why didn't Terry know this information prior to charging my account $86.
