Very Rude to my Husband as he came into add a line in the store 🙄 1st the lady said he wasn't an authorized user on the account and then the gentleman who helped him was very respectful to my Husband as he walked in. I don't know the issue but please more respectful 🙏🏼 thank you.

Courtney at Verizon on north Rock road is OUTSTANDING!!! She is so knowledgeable, helpful, informative,patient,compassionate, and goes to the next level in customer service. Best cell phone buying experience I've ever had. My brother got his first Smartphone and she took the time to explain, help, and show him how to use it, all the while being kind, patient, understanding. I highly recommend Courtney and Verizon.

I share nearly everyone’s sentiment that this place has horrible customer service…
The Rep i worked with (did not catch his name but he had glasses and looked like the actor David Cross) continued to process my phone purchase as a trade in when I specifically told him I did not want to trade my phone in and will be paying for a new device in full — that is because I know there is no such thing as a “trade in credit” without having to upgrade to the most expensive service. I had to then call Verizon customer support to get that removed, again because of the employee’s incompetence and lack of effort. Even the manager was extremely unhelpful and seemed not interested in taking care of a paying customer. If you hate your CUSTOMER facing job, go work elsewhere. After I had paid for my phone entirely in full, I was still charged an upgrade fee (again already a customer and did not upgrade my phone, or accepted any Verizon “benefits”, simply purchased a new one) and no one could do anything about. Finally, after I checked out the guy walked away and hid in the back without saying anything. Only redeeming part was Angel M. who helped us get switched over a few weeks prior. At least one employee in the entire store has a good attitude. Thank you Verizon on N Rock, for misleading a customer, wasting my time, being extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and entitled.

my girl Amorie was absolutely fabulous! what an amazing soul. verizon is lucky to have her! i hate adulting and she made it easy peasy enjoyable process. i never leave reviews but im just blown away by her generosity! she definitely deserves a shout out!

My husband and I transferred our cell phone carrier to Verizon today. Angel helped us, providing quality customer service. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony, the store manager, was very helpful and friendly as well. Overall, I was surprisingly pleased with the plans available, plus, we bundled netflix with our service, which was cheaper than netflix alone.

Went to the Verizon store at 21st and Rock to get a new phone on the 4th of July. And Creighton was so awesome great personality and nice helping me get the right phone and accessories can't thank him enough made the visit very relaxing and enjoyable. Good job Creighton.
