Worked with 2 different representatives at the store during at trade in event that I was supposed to get $1000 for each phone traded in. First one said they could do the $1000 on one and then have to change some things to get the other one to get $1000 instead of the $800 the software was telling him. My wife returns the phones to the store after we set up the new ones and they give her a receipt saying $1000 for one and $800 for the other. So I have to drive up there and talk to someone and the first representative saw me and seemed very nervous, but I worked with another young lady and said she had fixed it and there would be no issues. Well I get my first bill recently and it’s not taken care of and they are charging me extra monthly. I feel bait and switched due to these employees not being truthful and incompetent. I have had such good experiences at this store before, but this was a downright shady move for this store and these representatives!

Very bad store some of the male workers are dickheads don’t want to help you when they do they get I know it very quickly they even racial profiled my uncle who was trying to get help and they called the police on him for no reason the females there are pretty good, but the men are the ones that have the attitude. The reason why I gave a one star is because of the men or horrible that work there The women are phenomenal if you don’t try to Buy some in-store they get very upset about it specially when you’re just in there to pay your bill and try to force you to buy something when you say no several times Pushing and pushing and pushing to get you to buy something

Went into the store to get a replacement phone as the phone I was using overheated due to a product that was also purchased by them. They told me since I didn't have insurance that I wasn't able to get a replacement. I went online to tech support and they told me due to manufacturer fault, I didn't need insurance to get a replacement. How do these people not know how their own company works? Needless to say, I will not be going here again.

For today's visit, I walked into the store and there was a nice lady waiting for help and thought "SWEET, the wait won't be to long." That is where I was entirely wrong.
It is important to note that at no time did any employee work to log customers into the cue to make sure that they were being assisted in the order they arrived.
There were 3 employees working with 3 customers. About 15 minutes in, one employee stopped helping a guest to assist with someone that had walked in the door. She spent about 10 minutes sorting his problem while failing to acknowledge the 5 people sitting in the store first.
30 minutes later, the first wrapped up with her customer and grabbed the lady that was in front of me. A few minutes later, the next rep finished. Instead of grabbing the customer that was in next, he went straight to the old man that was the very last customer to arrive.
I cannot wrap my mind around how this is an acceptable way to operate. I have been with Verizon for 11 years. It is doubtful that we make it to 12.

So I placed an online order for a phone went to the store to pick it up and I have my ID on my phone picture of it I have my old temporary ID but I've lost my current ID and my hard plastic one but I have like all my ordered confirmation like it's me like I'm not making the stuff up you know like it's me I'm not trying to defraud nobody or get over and I'm saying like and they still wouldn't let me pick my order up. I'm all excited feeling good about getting me a new s24 Ultra that I just paid $1,300 from these fools for and they do that. At some point there's some common sense that should kick in and say hey you know what this guy's this guy because I'm me and I could prove it in every other damn way except for a physical ID and all they had to do was look at it and he could just on my phone like it's me man come on horrible customer service horrible even judgment reasoning understanding like ridiculous. I understand that there's rules to keep people from being shady and stuff like that but I mean come on man.

Went here to take advantage of the trade in a samsung phone and get a free phone, watch and tablet.Paid $30 to have new phone and watch set up. After going home we found we did not have cellular service on phone and watch after paying $30.Went back to store and they did something else which allowed us to have cellular service.Because I opened watch box 6thto use it and couldnt without cell service. I decided to returned watch and tablet. Because I opened watch box I had to pay a restocking fee.When looking to buy phone they are friendly but not after the sale.

We have been customers for almost 22 years. We bought a new iPhone 15 pro max during a free tablet with purchase of a phone promotion. I went into the store today to pick up the tablet, and they said the promotion is over and there is no possible way to give me the tablet. That's it, nothing.... Terrible customer service, they just lost a loyal customer.
