Went in this week to get a new phone. The guy who sold it to me deactivated my old phone without activating the new one. He told me it would be easy to activate it by calling 611... which I couldn't do because I didn't have a working phone. I tried to sign into the app, but I couldn't get the security code because I do not have a working phone number. 3 days later I still do not have a working phone. This is pretty hard to defend.

Had an absolute nightmare dealing with this location. We purchased a phone on November 16th and brought our trade in to the actual store on November 30th, well within the 30 day timeframe instructed. We were promised an $830 promotion that we never received. When I called the store I was told I never brought in a trade in despite a couple of employees acknowledging that I brought it in. I was directed to make a claim with cellular sales, which was also a nightmare to deal with, and a month and an half later, I was told my claim was denied because my account still showed I never brought in a trade in. I could never get a call back from this store despite reaching out multiple times. I eventually had to reach out to the executive customer relations for Verizon to get a response. I will never be back to this location.

Fixed me up with 2 lines of upgrade. They were patient with me showing us how to navigate set up menus. That's not a easy task. Lol

The people who work at this store are fantastic. Especially Moises, he went out of his way to help me with my New IPhone. I will recommend this store to all my family and all my friends. The 21st and Amadon Verizon store is my go to store from now on.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the workers over at Verizon because they truly came to the rescue! My phone's LCD went bonkers and I was dreading the whole warranty process, but these folks were absolutely amazing. Their expertise made getting a replacement a total breeze. But here's the best part – they were also incredibly understanding and friendly throughout the whole ordeal. It felt like chatting with friends who happen to be phone gurus. Thanks to them, all my phone troubles are a thing of the past, and I'm seriously feeling like Verizon has my back. A massive round of applause for the workers – they deserve all the credit! ??

Caleb white is easily, the smartest and most efficient employee I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to phone services. Caleb white is easily a top-notch employee and I hope that Verizon sees just how useful he is to their company. Amazing service!

Went in Saturday to add sister-in-law to our phone plan. Our rep was very brash and bragged about his drinking, a man throwing a toaster into a bathtub, etc. Ended up being dishonest about a promotion with the phone we got after being incredibly pushy about buying other phones, iPads, Apple Watches. Was also very loud with other customers about their late phone bill and overall not a nice person. In the future, definitely will pay more attention about a Verizon corporate location and an “authorized” Verizon sales location. I encourage avoiding.
