I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Verizon store all thanks to Alejandro! I went phone call to phone call with Verizon and asurian and it seemed like no one knew there job, but From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Alejandro was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood all my options without any pressure.
What really stood out was how easy and stress-free he made the whole process — whether it was setting up a new phone, explaining my plan, or making sure everything was working perfectly before I left. His professionalism and friendly attitude made all the difference.
If you’re looking for top-notch service and someone who truly goes above and beyond, ask for Alejandro! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to all my friends and family. Thanks again, Alejandro — you’re the best!

Logan is THE best. My husband & I each got new phones March 21, 2025 at the Verizon store on 47th Street. Logan took the time to go through the costs associated with the phones, which plan would work best for us, accessories available, and the promotions available to us getting new phones. We have been Verizon customers over 10 years and will always deal with Logan in the future, should the need arise.

Logan was so helpful after I got my new phone. I, unfortunately, ordered it online and they were no help when I got the new phone. Logan got it all straightened out at the store. I will always go to the store for any help, new purchases, etc
Oh, and he even answered me when I sent him a text on his day off. Kudos to Logan!

I love coming to this location because I always get the help I need when I need it! I never feel like i am a inconvenience when I have question's the last few times I had help from Ktae and he answer every question I had about switching to Verizon . i will definitely be coming back to this location
