My first time going to valvoline to change my oil, the guy was a gentlemen and super sweet and as a girl I don’t know anything about cars or what could be wrong with it. Travis gave me my battery update on my car let me know about my filter & put air in my tires and also gave me the best options that would work for my car,etc. he was super helpful, would definitely recommend going there, he did not make me feel any less of not knowing anything !!!!

Updating and increasing the rating; had some issues but they did well in making things right. Initial experience had a lot of upselling and upcharging. Car needs an extra quart of oil (common), cabin air filter (accepted), battery needs replaced (declined, it didn't), offered to clean my K&N filters so they could sell me paper ones (declined). Of the "quick oil change" providers in town it's at least one of the better ones.

Did a synthetic oil change here they then put sticker in car for 3,000 next service due. Horrible will not be back. Synthetic oil lasts 7,000-10,000 miles smh

The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The manager, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to missed maintenance and potential repairs. There was no pressure to do additional maintenance I did not want, and suggestions on maintenance that was absolutely necessary was very helpful.

I went in for an oil change and the service Nichole and the team provideds us with was the absolute best. Very efficient and thorough. I brought my own oil and filter most of the time the service goes down the drain at that point but not here. The company is lucky to have that team and should appreciate them. It is the employees who make a business successful not the other way around. I hope management will pass the appreciation down to that great team.
