Local carriers in Wichita, KS are incapable of reading an address label. Packages are continually delivered to the wrong street with the same house number. There is no longer an option to report a missing package on the Informed Delivery service and I am having issues getting someone to answer the phone.

Every visit to this post office by my roommate ends in them unable to find the packages that were delivered with tracking until a day later. “Unable to locate”.Please reconsider this location for a residential mailbox. If you have had a similar experience please document it.

Had a smalll mishap with a delivery and Yvonne was so informative and communicative with our delivery guy and us. The “issue” was solved within a few hours and the package was located. I wish I knew our delivery guy to thank him also.

The post office has informed delivery. So it showed I'm getting my paycheck today and here it is 448 and no mail. It's caused me to have to pay a late fee on one of my bills, it's caused me not to be able to work this weekend. It should be against the law to not deliver your mail on Saturday. The worst mail system ever

A FANTASTIC post office! They have helped us so many times while on vacation, and are always so friendly and helpful! And they always pick up the phone.BTW, it clearly says on the front door they don't sell postage!

Back home in my small town we were allowed to access the post boxes all day everyday, not selected hours.. not sure the point to close off your box early in the day.. besides their very rude and I got people at the remote location that offers absolutely nothing but frustration… zero starts if I could.. maybe using a couple tax dollars would allow them to provide at least stamps for sale.. you would think there such a thing as a vending machine that would sale stamps, so wouldn’t even need a teller, just someone to fill occasionally..

Try calling this office and you will end up contemplating your own life. The whole phone system is automated and you are unable to talk to anyone that's alive. I have a PO Box here and needing information about changing address, but I'm unable to talk to anyone. This feels borderline illegal. Don't go here. I would give zero stars if possible.
