I went there on May 16 in the morning at 8:30 there was only one employee she was SUPER RUDE . I send an intention package. I ask her multiple questions and she acts like she doesn’t hear me and when I ask her the question again she looked at me provocatively . I mean if you don’t want to work just leave.

Employees are disrespectful, racist and do not provide any customer service. Half of them refused to help me when I had labels already on the boxes and all they needed to do was scan them in for tracking.

I dropped my mail off in the drop box and it was never scanned into the network. I had no way of tracking it and it was never delivered. Almost positive it was stolen. Do not trust this place with your packages or anything worth value needing delivered anywhere. Horrible business.

Everyone employee is always so nice and helpful. Except one there’s an older lady who is kind of rude to younger females I feel like because when my husband goes in she is a doll to him. Maybe it’s just me she doesn’t like hahaha. There is one lady I wish I could remember her name. I think she’s Hispanic like me and she’s just always so nice. She does her job efficiently but engages in conversation with you and she remembers the people who are there more often. For example I hadn’t been there in a while and I’m there a lot bc I sell online and when I came back she asked if I was okay because she hadn’t seen me in a while. ( was in the hospital with pneumonia)My one complaint would be that they are pretty much always busy unless you go early. That’s why I like to use the self service and get in and get out.

I had a lot of trouble with the employees there. I went to ask for a key for a mailbox multiple times and they didn’t even try ti help me. They always said the same thing, you need this you need that. When it wasn’t true at all. I had this nice gentleman help me right away. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on and the female employees definitely need to be re evaluated
