The mail carrier is considerate. Amazon delivered a package, leaving the box on the porch for every passerby to see. The USPS mail carrier delivered another box to my house and put both boxes together behind the pillars to obstruct any view from the street. GREAT JOB, and thank you.

We had a few important packages that have been missing for a week. The original sender was helpful but USPS online and on the phone were awful. They told me my last option was to go in person to this specific post office. My hopes were dashed, until the team at this post office took care of me.
Right away they investigated and worked hard to find my packages. There was a mix up of sorts, but the very next day, low and behold, all three packages were found! They even called me later that day to confirm I had what I ordered and that I was taken care of.
The packages were important to me, as they contained items that were not luxurious or pricy, but items that meant a great deal to someone special, as they held great sentimental value. Replacing them would have been near impossible, so I am very grateful to this post office and the team that took care of me.
Traci, if you are reading this, thank you again, for all that you do. My family and I truly appreciate you and your time for all your hard work and patience.
I could not possibly recommend a better post office!

The absolute worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. The woman I “tried” to work with this morning wanted to do everything in her power to just stand behind the desk and not help me at all. Instead of having a conversation with me and explaining how things should go, she just kept waving me off. It’s pretty obvious why this location has 2.9 stars. Will not be coming back. Don’t waste your time. Just go to ups.

The lady on the front desk was incredibly rude when we went to pickup our mail box key for our new apartment. Judging by the previous reviews, our experience was not a one off. Incredibly rude, disrespectful and condescending. She even tried to tell my girlfriend that her name was spelt wrong, and we had to show her ID to prove that was how you spell it. We tried to be polite throughout, but that was a waste of time. Postal service needs to seriously consider who they’re employing because if you look at the reviews, it is clearly the same person that is the problem.

Williemae was extremely rude even though I was extremely polite to them. The employees here are so rude. This company seriously needs to consider doing a house sweep. If you don’t like your job find another one…. Don’t take it out on the people simply here to ship a package, etc.

I went there on May 16 in the morning at 8:30 there was only one employee she was SUPER RUDE . I send an intention package. I ask her multiple questions and she acts like she doesn’t hear me and when I ask her the question again she looked at me provocatively . I mean if you don’t want to work just leave.
