Was watching out the window for a signed package coming in and had to watch them put a “We missed you” slip in my mailbox and drive off.

They lost a package of mine in March that held really expensive stuff and I filed a claim because I insured it for $2000. I sent the proof of value and it's May now and they won't get back to me or update my claim. They never once called me to even tell me my package was lost. It's just been on "ArRiViNg LaTe." Never is not late. You guys owe me money.

I’m not sure which postal service this kind mailman worked for, but he saw that I was struggling getting up my stairs since I just had surgery on my foot and had a cast. He offered to help and I probably would have never made it to my house without him. I just hope he gets a raise.

Never answer phones, phone robot is no help, had no problems mailing and package always arrived but the fairy old lady there said its my fault if the package gets lost or open....hopefully nothing happens to my shoes I shipped bc I never had a problem till she said something and I ship alot. I was very friendly too

Normally I would have given 5 ⭐? today however, my son had a package he had been waiting for and the postman rang the door ?, our dog barked but the ring for our doorbell is on 2 phones and usually the post person would knock as well. Sadly not the case for today. Then postman sat at the corner of our street as if he was going to come back, nope he just sat there for a few more minutes and then just drove off. Ugggggg.
