They don't even attempt to obtain a signature for deliveries. They just mark the slip as 'no one home' and expect you to walk 35 minutes or uber to the post office to pick up packages that you already paid to be delivered to your home. When you file a complaint, they just say it's their policy to charge for a service and not provide it.

The postal service sucks always putting my mails in the wrong box and be getting other people mail and My packages are missing delivery of my packages never showed but informed delivery service says they was shipped me and other residents are upset with the service plus never thought postal service would still be going on after 8pm they don't deserve 1 star

I ordered a package from HSN on 12-7-23 i received a postal slip on 12-14-23 to take to post office to obtain my package. They could not find the package and the clerk did not return to me my postal slip after standing at the counter for 30 minutes. She said her supervisor had it and she wanted my phone number of course no one ever called. I believe they should be responsible and reimburse the money i spent...........signed disappointed.

The staff at this location is amazing!! They went above and beyond to ensure I received my first class mail when my actual delivery date was not until the following day. I was so touched by their efforts to deliver my mail. Huge shout to each and everyone of the employees at this location!!!

The postal delivery people at the munger station have been told by their bosses that they are not allowed to bring packages to a residents door they are not allowed to get on the elevator and walk down the hall to put our packeges at our doors at shadybrook apartments . I dont know what the problem is with the bosses at the munger staion but they need to fix their attitude and let mail carriers do their jobs . The bosses at the munger station are being short sided they make the carriers fill out a piece of paper put it in the mailbox and lock the box up so we cant get to it until we ask maintenance in the building to give us our package. Please munger station bosses get your minds straight and do the right thing for the public.

Long line (is to be expected on a Friday late afternoon), however, I watched the two clerks handle every type of person coming in exceptionally well. Kudos to Dawn.

1st time visiting this location for service… I probably could have driven to another location and been served faster….. On tax day they had 1 person working the front counters even though several workers were standing around doing nothing. 1 of them would randomly ask if someone needed to just pickup or drop off…. The line was about 20-25 people deep at one point….

Friendly and helpful, as always. There was an unusually long line for this time of year, so it's a good idea to allow extra time if stopping here.

This location is an absolute failure. The default action is to fake a delivery and then send a notification for the customer to do half of their job. The apedimy of work smarter not harder. I can appreciate a decent hustle but not on the hard working people of the city.

I’m very upset. I have cameras on my house so I know the mail man is lying about there being a dog in this neighborhood so he doesn’t have to physically get out and drop packages off at our door. The post office told me that I couldn’t get my package dropped at my door because of that. When I tried to get it redelivered they won’t even do that. So now my package with food in it has been sitting at the post office for a week and they are gonna send it back. This is one of the worst post offices I’ve very experienced. They wouldn’t even help me when I went in. You have to have a picture ID. Which I don’t have right now for slot of reasons. So I couldn’t even use my birth certificate and social card to get MY package. Absolutely horrible customer service and everyone who works there is extremely extremely rude.

When busy, can take time, but this time I was just dropping off a prepaid pkg. Staff is never very cordial though.

My carrier will just stick a slip in the mailbox without even trying to deliver a package. For example, one time I received a slip saying I wasn't available. The package required a signature, and nobody even tried to contact me. Had they came to the door it would've been on my camera. Then I was told they would try again the same day, then the next day but that never happened either. I am disabled and find it very hard to get to the post office, that's why I order things for delivery! Get it together, do your jobs.
