Mail sat for two days without being picked up on the mailbox. Had to take it to the post office. Did not see a mail truck or mail person in those two days either.

Every SINGLE time I get a package delivered through this ridiculous mail carrying company they LIE and say they attempted to knock on my door and they never even get out of their car to knock on my door, I will be submitting videos of this to the company. Absolutely lazy

I'm giving the USPS 2 stars rather than one because many of the problems are due to planned destruction of the USPS at higher levels than this one post office. HOWEVER, individual postal workers are still very well paid and receive more benefits than many other jobs and still they slack off. For God's sake postal workers, would it kill you to use your brain to solve problems at work? Come on!

Honestly I’m so upset because they lost my package that was going to be a gift for my wife. This is the first time this has ever happened to me specially coming for the US Postal service! I couldn’t get insurance on my package because it wasn’t offered and they didn’t even try to look. At the end of the day I was the one losing and I had to request a refund from the website I bought from after waiting more than a week from the delivery date!

Packages are never delivered to my apartment because it’s not “a secure location,” despite being just as secure as any house porch. When I asked why my porch isn’t considered secure, I was told they’ll never deliver to my door because they don’t deliver packages to individual apartments. I guess they don’t deliver to apartment offices either.
On top of this, we’ve had a ton of issues with missing mail, including tracked mail that says it’s delivered when it never arrived.
The workers are nice when I go in to the office, but the mail issues at my apartment complex are driving me crazy.

Received a notice that my item could not be delivered because my box is full...... It's empty.
I wonder if Amazon knows that this post office is lying to them about delivery completion?

EDIT: My MUCH smaller order of feeder insects were also marked as too large for a parcel locker? So, after collecting my package from the post office(AFTER PAYING $8 FOR SHIPPING), I asked what the deal was, just to be told they won't put packages of live insects in their mailboxes? Yet, you're perfectly fine holding them at the post office for a minimum of 2 weeks until I can pick them up? Seems like any excuse not to do the job. So glad I'm moving & no longer using this post office location.
**Didn't deliver my order of LIVE insects for my bearded dragon today because the apartment parcel lockers aren't big enough. Yet there is literally an area inside the apartment complex office for oversized packages & they didn't bother taking it there. So now I have to hope my beardies food isn't all dead when I can finally pick the package up from the postal office TOMORROW! I guess I'd be a prick if I had to pay to get a job too.
