I get daily emails showing expected mail from Informed Delivery and on several occasions our carrier just doesn't deliver our mail. I have a doorbell camera and have video of a carrier one Saturday delivering to our next door neighbor and then driving right past our mailbox when I was waiting on an expected piece of mail that was shown to arrive that day. I registered a complaint, but noone ever contacted me. Yesterday, noone on our street received mail, yet a mail carrier in a USPS uniform & mail truck delivered an Amazon package to my home. Mail service in our neighborhood has gone far south in the last few years. We used to have an awesome carrier, but she retired. The ones we have now seem to change often and they're awful. USPS needs to do better.

Driver tried to deliver a package. Left a note with no information other than the amount owed. Due to their poor communication skills I had to call the 877 number to get the local number. Called that number for help trying to figure out what this brown note was for & the man that answered was very rude & acted like he could care less. Not sure why employees allow such terrible service. USPS should be a stellar employer by now with all the years under their belt. Guess if you live in a not so nice neighborhood, you aren’t worth being respected. Pathetic of USPS as a company.

We have had a letter in our mailbox with the flag up for the third day and no mail carrier has bothered to stop by our mailbox. Many days we don't receive mail ....now I know why. Terrible service . When I went to fill out a notification of this issue , oddly ,the website is having technical issues and could not process my request.

This post office is very reliable and the front desk workers are kind and patient. There used to be a rude lady who worked at the desk but she is no longer there.

I have a po box to avoid porch pirates. I can get my Amazon packages at this po (not available at most po's).I get awesome service here and the guys are all super nice. They act like they like their job!
