We came in not knowing what we were doing, mailing many important documents, and our associate was so helpful. He was friendly and engaging as well as over the top helpful. He made sure that we got the certified mail so that we could be prepared for any mishaps that are possible. Great experience.

Haven't gotten car tags I paid for in February. I called tag place and they said will send out new ones. Car tag place is 14 miles from my home. That was a week ago. Still no car tags. Most of my tax info hasn't arrived yet. Am very angry. Can't call and talk to anyone as no one will answer the phone. The sorting machine problem needs to get FIXED.

Made my items late then when it was time to get delivered put a notice on my stuff for no secure place when I they could've put it on my porch I live in an apartment complex

Horrible experience here today. $30 dollars to do a 2 day ship to Topeka. It was cheaper shipping something to Florida. They had no knowledge on what kind of shipping box I was after. The employees were clueless about any and everything. Will never be going back.

It must take effort to be the actual worst post office I have ever experienced. This is the second time in a month that I’ve had issue getting my packages delivered. The delivery people will go above and beyond to make sure they aren’t doing their job. Not surprised that they are just going to mark packages as ‘Addressee Unkown’ since it probably takes the least amount of effort

Having had issues with them ever since Amazon has decided to have my packages delivered through them instead of their service. Have called and complained numerous times about not delivering parcel packages but they're claiming that my apartment complex and another one in my area are refusing deliveries to apartments for unknown reasons even though it specifically states on my apartment complex website that they do allow deliveries of packages. Talked to supervisors in the past and they have helped me but recently got connected to a manager who obviously was fake with being nice because it's her job to. This manager who never mentioned her name to me was belligerent and hanged up on the call because apparently I couldn't get any help with my deliveries, she refused to even cooperate with me on having my financè pick up the packages and said only I can allow to get them. How when I'm unable to get to the location due to a disability? Even when I mentioned that I had received help in the past with the supervisors she said that they weren't allowed to do it and said so in a aggressive tone and mind you I was being nice and casual about it? I really hope anyone in my situation doesn't have to go through what I have had to. Also she mentioned that if I have any other packages coming through them to have it under someone else's name so they can get them. I was appalled and found that was very unprofessional and rude with her answer. I don't recommend this local post office to anyone especially since they have rude employees along with a very unprofessional person of a manager in charge.

I actually like going to the US postal service over on Waco Street It is a pleasant walk to get here the postal service servers are hospitable and very respectfully respectable to the cares of the service to the public you don't have to wait long even if there is a line when you get there it's fashionably very fast paced it. I love to go here when I need to pick up some money orders or get something copied I give them a five-star rating for this one particular United States postal service post office!

They told me on the phone that they do not deliver. When I explained they were in breach of contract, as I had paid for shipping and delivery, they told me to call "911" and hung up the phone.I won't call 911, but will be filing a civil lawsuit.

Wanted to verify what hours they do fingerprinting before I drove over an hour to get mine done and then get turned away because they don’t do them during the time I’m there. I called 27 times over a 4 hour period to try and avoid a situation like that, but not one time did anyone answer the phone. Of course you can’t file a complaint either.

Bought a knife on eBay three times they said there was animal interference which was not the case didn't leave me a note so here I am waiting on the porch for the mail lady
