Some of the employees could do with a training on basic manners, communication, and customer service. We had an appointment with the notary, and when we walked in and told the next available employees that we were there for an appointment with the notary, her response was “only Amazon”. I said I had made an appointment for this location and showed her the confirmation and she looked at me like o had 6 heads and said “I only do Amazon”. She then looked down at someone else to which I repeated that we were there for an appointment with the notary and they said “ok, she will be right with you, please wait down there”. The notary was perfectly helpful and professional, but the younger employee was not trained on manners or customer service.

If i could give this business 0 stars I would. We dropped off two items here, both Amazon items. One of the Amazon items (the 5.99 one) made it back, but the $139 hovercraft did not. I do tot he store to ask them about it and the manager was extremely rude. Refused to help said to call Amazon. I tried to explain to her that the barcode had never been scanned which meant that it had to still be in the store even though it was 3 weeks after drop off. She said she needed to see the receipt. I got the receipt and looked at it, they only scanned the $5.99 item during drop off. Luckily Amazon took care of us. But the customer service here is awful and I don’t think trustworthy

Friendly enployees. Competent and efficient, despite the heavy influx of customers, many with multiple items, I was out the door in ten minutes.
