I went to the UPS Store today to take care of several things including copying, scanning and getting signatures for a document. The two employees who were working were so helpful and wonderful to work with. They assisted me through a stressful process that I needed to get done quickly and correctly. All while other customers came in and out. This store is super busy all the time, yet I have always been given great service.

Rex was absolutely beyond helpful and kind. He helped us get three packages out and made sure they were safely enough packaged that we get our refunds! What an angel. Thank you Rex ❤️

I use this store often, while there I hear customers going off on the staff about an Amazon "customer packed" return. Amazon often requires you to pack YOUR own return. The store offers packaging options as a convenience, but it costs..... that's part of the business. Don't take it out on the employees. It's a service they offer, which, if you don't want to pay for the convenience, pack it yourself.

I really dislike this location, they always seem to try to avoid doing the job of Shipping packages. Always looking for help... if I could avoid this location I would... can never spare tape to close a box. Unable to think outside the box. They can give all the excuses but never a solution.

Uodate: The owner asked me to email him. I did and still no response weeks later. Total scam & WORST STORE IN WICHITA. Spent $50 and they couldn’t “find the address” and refused to give me a refund. Gave me a fake customer service number, which was only to another ups store and they asked them to stop giving out their phone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS UPS LOCATION ON 21st and Rock Rd. ***Update UPS Owner responded that they’re so concerned and asked me to email them. I did and no response! Don’t be fooled. They do not care about anything but taking your money.

UPS is sometimes the only option on Amazon returns lately. I took 5 clothing items there for return over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a refund. Took 4 items there a week ago and still no refund. Amazon tells me there's nothing they can do as they have not received the items from UPS. At this point I feel like they are stealing all the items and not sending them back to Amazon.

Returning an Amazon package is always a big deal in here. They will charge you even if they place a peace of tape.

Ridiculously Unprofessional. I had an item I was returning back to Verizon in one of Verizon boxes with their return label. Lady behind the counter said they're not responsible if it gets lost or stolen! I was like what! You got to be kidding me, I'm supposed to give you this box to return it back to Verizon and you're telling me that if you lose it or if it gets stolen out of UPS facility that UPS is not responsible! Manager then approached and said no sir if we lose it we're responsible I said you might want to tell her to quit telling people that then. No correction was made no apologies made. What the hell is wrong with this younger generation!? Wow

Everything is clear and sorted. Is providing all the services required for a user. Greeted well before and after finishing my service. Packaging covers are bit costly.

They were very helpful each time I called over the phone. It’s the type of customer service you’d want your business to have. Cause they didn’t just answer my questions, they gave me solutions, helped me figure out what was going on. It was very quick and efficient too. I didn’t have to wait on the phone any. But if I waited and got the same good service, id be happy. Thanks bc I had several issues with receiving my package, and getting a fake scam text about one of them.

I was there to return my amazon package. I didn’t seal the package as I ran out of tape. The UPS employee can refuse my package if they want, instead advised me not to repeat this next time and were very polite.

Do yourself a favor and do business with FedEx UPS is probably the worst company to deal with in logistics and shipping. The rejects can't even print of prepaid tracking slips. Idk how any package company can be worse than the congress controlled USPS but UPS keeps proving it's very possible.

Currently inside waiting for my fax to go through. There was a line to the door and less than 5 minutes later I was being helped. The customer service is friendly, efficient, and helpful.
