Incredible experience at this store. I had a large 53lb ice machine to mail. Rex was a ROCKSTAR. He not only helped me unload it out of my car (above & beyond service), hauled it in the store, printed my label that I forgot at home and got the perfect box to fit this large item. Rex was kind. He found quick solutions to a struggle I faced all day trying to mail this machine.
I wish everyone was like Rex in customer service. I’ll never ship items anywhere else.

Listening is key.
I received confirmation that my package had arrived about four hours before I went to pick it up. I was told by a young lady that the drivers will mark a package as arrived but that doesn’t mean it’s available. I tried explaining the details of my package and gave her my ID to confirm. She did not hold my license long enough to know if my package was there. I was told to check back another day. I offered the tracking number and repeated how the package looked. She brushed me off and said it wasn’t in the system. I asked if she could physically look for it before I left. She went to look for it and immediately came back with the package.
This can be avoided in the future by listening to the customer.

Highly recommend. Stopped in today 04/21/2024 just before noon, delightful young lady helped me quickly and efficiently. So nice to have this location open on Sunday! Always helpful and great location!

When a fax didn't go through they kept trying till it did.

I went to the UPS Store today to take care of several things including copying, scanning and getting signatures for a document. The two employees who were working were so helpful and wonderful to work with. They assisted me through a stressful process that I needed to get done quickly and correctly. All while other customers came in and out. This store is super busy all the time, yet I have always been given great service.
