The UPS Store was a fine experience. Everyone was professional. We had no wait and business was conducted quickly. The store was well stocked.

Bad customer service, I paid over $100 for extra day delivery, wouldn’t get there until 5 days later, not a word sorry or try to reimburse the shipping fee, feel irritated to talk to me, won’t take a claim or anything, I asked to talk to manager for refused , don’t waste your money here

I went into UPS to mail a small Manila envelope with two flat ornaments inside. The man that appeared to be the manager. Went and measured my envelope and told me because it was going to a smaller town in Kansas that it was going to be $25 and I said oh I think I'll try somewhere else he's like well. The United States Post service will also charge you this price. This is the price that we go off of.
Speed it up. About 20 minutes. I went to the post office they weighed. Gave me tracking all for $5.50 And told me that that was false that those are prices are not their prices that he was telling me. So I'm not sure what this guy was doing if he was trying to charge me extra and keep it or if that's just their prices and they're outrageous

The person at the store was extremely patient because it took me quite sometime to find my receipts through my emails and he waited patiently until I found all four of them for my returns. I appreciate that.

Well, this is my experience with this store. I received a package at the store and they charged me $25 fee. I feel this is unacceptable because the company that sent me the package already paid for the shipment. I called UPS CS and they told me this is a local store issue, that they don’t know about this. Called the store spoke with the manager and he told me that they charge this because they have box mail services. That doesn’t make sense for me because the shipping is already paid, and they are UPS. I feel that they just stole me $25. Actually I had received packages and FedEx before and they never charged me for receiving a package and the store. So be aware! For me, I will take future business to FedEx.

Was told this location can take a usps package and it was never delivered and they said they don't have it. Lost $1000 for it, thanks.

Everyone in the store is always so friendly and so helpful. They make sure I know all my various shipping options so that I can make the selection that best suits my needs. And actually, they always tell you to have a nice day and thank you for your business. They really seem to appreciate their customers!
