The person at the store was extremely patient because it took me quite sometime to find my receipts through my emails and he waited patiently until I found all four of them for my returns. I appreciate that.

Well, this is my experience with this store. I received a package at the store and they charged me $25 fee. I feel this is unacceptable because the company that sent me the package already paid for the shipment. I called UPS CS and they told me this is a local store issue, that they don’t know about this. Called the store spoke with the manager and he told me that they charge this because they have box mail services. That doesn’t make sense for me because the shipping is already paid, and they are UPS. I feel that they just stole me $25. Actually I had received packages and FedEx before and they never charged me for receiving a package and the store. So be aware! For me, I will take future business to FedEx.

Was told this location can take a usps package and it was never delivered and they said they don't have it. Lost $1000 for it, thanks.

avoid this location if possible, every time I have walked in, I have experienced them being incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers

Everyone in the store is always so friendly and so helpful. They make sure I know all my various shipping options so that I can make the selection that best suits my needs. And actually, they always tell you to have a nice day and thank you for your business. They really seem to appreciate their customers!

Really dissapointing service from Kassidi today. She was snippy and condescending...including foot tapping and eye rolling as I tried to determine what the return slip said. There was no helpful information about having boxes and tape for sale. Maybe a different job is needed.

Employees are friendly, helpful, attentive, and move customers through at a comfortable pace. If you have to wait a few minutes, it is because so many people use this location, especially in the hours prior to UPS truck pick-up. Amazon, Nike, etc. returns here are smooth and very simple. If you need packing materials or to packing, they do it for you, only charging for materials. Other services I've used here are also top rate. I like their greeting card selections, as well! Handy.The parking lot in the strip mall in which the store is located is tight and frequently busy; parking spaces are not always available directly in front of the door to the store.

This store is well put together, easy to have business. The staff are friendly and get the job done in a timely, organized way. The young man doing notory is efficient, and handles the job accordingly. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Don't hesitate to take your business to them...your things will get handled appropriately and without pause! Way to go UPS!!! ?
