nothing worse than a robot on the phone that doesn’t actually help and refuses to let you actually speak to a human. humanity was doomed the moment we stopped speaking to actual humans.

Amazon says that I need to contact the shipper UPS. The automated system could not help and would not connect me to a person that could communicate with to try and resolve the problem.

Just want to pick up my package from UPS. You'd think I'd be able to pick it up but nope there's "shipper restrictions" so it has to be delivered. Can't be delivered because who's home at 1pm. Not sure how me picking it up is worse than it being delivered but somehow it's impossible. The whole job is to get me my deliveries but UPS seems to have no interest in doing so. Also can't call because there is only a robot phone number that doesn't let you talk to an actual person.

Complete lack of integrity shown by UPS. They change the delivery date 3 times. Package was scheduled for Friday 7pm delivery the 3rd time they moved the delivery date. I called to track the package at 7:30pm when it didn’t show up. She informed me to sign up for text message alerts to stay current on the delivery date and time. Customer service refused to call the driver. At 10:07 pm Friday night I was emailed saying the package was scheduled for Monday delivery. I called customer service again and was told it was too late that I needed to be there before 10pm when they closed but they wouldn’t call the driver and I wasn’t informed it wasn’t showing up until after they closed. I ship thousands of packages each year. I highly recommend using FEDEX. The seller of this part only offered ups so now I’m stuck with this disaster. UPS needs to take accountability for their horrible customer service. If it was going to take 14 days to deliver the part then communicate that to your customer so I can plan the job accordingly. They said 7 days now it’s been 11 days and counting.
