I really can't complain very much except that they always give a delivery time from 11 to 3 when they know that it will most likely not happen until later. It took 2 days to get to my house after it was out for delivery but we had a snow storm hit at 5pm. If they would have hit the estimated delivery time things would have been great but the storm hit so it wasn't delivered on the first day. The second day started with the standard delivery time from 11 to 3 and it actually got delivered at after 7pm. I can't complain very much because the snow storm was a severe winter storm. UPS is still a decent delivery company, just don't put much stock in their delivery time table.

Horrible service. Misleading, fraudulent practices pickup orders not even assigned to them.

This website has to be designed by a high school student... half of it doesn't work. What is the disconnect between the customer side and freight. Hell why is there a difference, why do you need a different web page or branch company for this. Your a shipping/logistics company I don't care how it gets there, just that it gets there. Simply put handle my logistics... That is why Im hiring you so I dont have to deal with this.
