Awful at delivery. Doesn’t let me see a map or any info on the route, doesn’t let me change it to pick up at store without an attempt. Phone calls only go to a robot in which I asked for a person 3 times and it said no. Horrible.

This was my first time visiting their new location, as this store number was across the street for many years. The workers here were efficient and welcoming. Top notch service!

Don’t use this store. U buy a super over priced box. Small for 8.00 and they won’t even give u 2 pieces of tape. They want to charge u 8.00 for them to place it in the box and put a couple pieces of tape on it. Seriously??? Why do I need to buy a whole roll of tape for 2 small pieces. The owner says cause he has to pay his employees… ok are u paying them 8.00 for the 30 seconds of work to put tape on the box? They wouldn’t even give me a piece of scotch tape. This is the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. Please DO NOT go to this store or give them any of your hard earned money. The owner is so cheap he won’t even give u a piece of tape, even after I bought the box and packed it myself. How can u charge people 8.00 just to put something in a box and put tape on it? It’s just poor customer service. Guess I’ll be shipping from Whole Foods I’m sure they don’t nickle and dime you to death. Would give 0 stars if they gave that option. Thanks Kenny Mathis for showing me what type of customer service you provide. 100 thumbs down for this place and it’s greedy owner.

I've always had good service at this location. I do some small printing jobs, faxing, and mail. They alway been extremely helpful. Glad to have their services nearby.

The UPS that I go to has a consistent staff that is always helpful and courteous. They are helpful and always give me a variety of options for my printing services which is helpful. The shipping is always easy and straightforward. I also like the ease of Amazon returns.

For those that are skimming reviews trying to find where the heck it is, it's in the NORMANDIE CENTER between RED BIRD and YODER MEATS.
Service is fine, if you can find it. There is not currently a sign on the facade, only behind the tinted windows. So it can be hard to spot on most sunny days. They used to be across the street so I can only assume they are still working on getting a proper sign. As other reviews mentioned, a sign out front would really help them out.
I even took 5 seconds to take a photo and superimpose a sign for their building. Hopefully this virtual sign helps you out.

I have to echo other comments. A sign would do this place wonders. I drove around the parking lot for a few minutes looking for this place. A tiny poster blocked by cars is all they have. I almost left because I was annoyed. Once inside, the service was efficient.

I took documents by and counted the page for so I could get a specific price for requested service. I asked for, and received, a printout of the price for the work. When I picked up the work it was significantly higher than what I was told. The number of copies were the same. When I spoke to the owner about it he said he didn't care it took them longer to print so he charged more and that I should not have been told the earlier price.. The man who I talked to originally was there and when I told him about it he denied it. I pulled out the receipt and the owner still said he didn't care.I would highly recommend finding another UPS store other than this one.

If they would invest in a sign they would get a much better review from me. This store has been in Normandy Center for several months and the only way you can find it is by the services listed on the door, which is barely visible when cars are parked there. This store would probably pick up some easy business with some signage.
