They had my vehicle towed to their lot Because my transmission was inoperable however My vehicle was left unlocked in their lot And then robbed Of over $3500 worth of Stereo equipment Including two 15 inch kickers, and a 30 inch subwoofer box, Along with a $1500 amp. Someone attempted to pry off The topper on the bed of my truck, causing the rubber lining to be destroyed, and my tail lights to be shattered. Since then, they have hung up on me and refused to give me any answers or help. They haven’t reimbursed me in any way, shape or form and are not cooperating with the police for the report that I made. And I initially took my transmission there to get fixed, And paid nearly $5000 in cash for the repairs but they failed to do that properly as well and now I have to take it to another Shop. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. Could not have been More of a waste of time or money.

Well I have sat back for 2 months and watched my buddy get abused with excuse after excuse of why this company can't seem to repair his car after they "AAMCO" failed in their first attempt at repairing it. Disgusting professionalism and I must say that they have no integrity.

Dear AAMCO Transmissions Team (Tim),I am writing to express my concerns and provide feedback regarding a recent experience I had with your service center. As a customer, I have always expected and appreciated the high standards of professionalism and honesty that AAMCO is known for. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have left me somewhat disheartened.Over the past two weeks, I have been in regular contact with your team, specifically with an individual named Tim. During this period, I was under the impression that my vehicle was receiving the necessary attention and repairs. However, it has come to my attention that my car has not been serviced or inspected as I was led to believe. This revelation is particularly concerning, as it not only reflects a lapse in service but also a deviation from the truthfulness I expected.

The manager Tim, was super fast on my repairs! He took care of all the financial applications to help me out.I have a Ford Escape and the fact he is a Ford technician, he knew exactly what to do it repair It. All in the same day! Very comfortable lounge as well.

Tim and his team diagnosed the issue and walked me through the process of the repairs. Got it all taken care of and it’s running great again. He also gave me some tips on what to look out for with my vehicle.

Visited this location after a long drive from Texas with problems with newly installed transmission. Robert listened to my “story” and immediately made me feel like he cared and wanted to find and solve my problems. He got Gordon the technician involved and quickly resolved the problem and took me for a test drive to demonstrate proper operation. Vehicle was running much smoother than prior to bringing it to this location. I commend Robert and Gordon for their superior customer focus and appreciation. If I lived in this area I would be using this facility for all my automotive needs.Service: Transmission

These guys are single biggest liars in the history of business, my brothers car was there for 3 months was suppose too he done in 2 weeks and every week they would lie about why it wasn’t ready and catch them in that lie the next week. Week after week after week!

Could not have found a better mechanic! Not only did they find and solve the issue with the car quickly and effective, but they also informed me on everything else I needed to be aware of with the car. Very happy to have found a place that don't try to trick me into thinking something big and expensive is wrong with the car, but instead being honest, friendly and super helpful! Highly recommend!!P.S: big bonus that they also offer military discount!

This company and specifically Robert, were just great! We were unable to go to our regular mechanic and we reached out to them for assistance. They went above and beyond with their customer service and looking for any issues with our vehicle.

Robert and the technician were amazing, had issues with my car that other shops said few days to get it fixed but Robert was able to get me in and out in less than 5 hours and car is working great.

AWFUL- AAMCO have literally broke a family!! A brief history about the family is they live in Denton county Texas and the husband works in Wichita Kansas. Which requires him to be on the Road Tues thru Fri every week (over 5 years) This is a family where both parents have full time jobs and 2-kids trying to make ends meet. AAMCO has NOT done anything to help this family. The husband has paid for rental car in the beginning for 2-weeks, then has borrowed family car for 2-weed, now has had to pay for the greyhound bus $200 each way for the last month and a half. They have maxed out ALL their credit cards, depleted their savings, and families have maxed out their resources. AAMCO has had the Nissan car for 3 months. AAMCO has already been paid $5,000 for their service to fix the transmission. Now the car doesn't even work (turn on). The car had to be towed to Nissan for diagnostic tests and hopefully fix it. Nissan so far says that AAMCO has destroyed their car. Let's start with:1- Transmission USED2-TME (?) electronic card refurbished not NEW3-Engine full of transmission fluid 4- wiring ALL messed up 5- Car will NOT even turn on!!After numerous calls from both Husband and wife to AAMCO no-one seems to be in charge. Nissan says they have no idea how long it will take to resolve this issue since they have to fix what AAMCO has screwed up then rediagnose the problem with the car! As you may see this family has been pushed into debt having to pay for transportation that should have been paid for by AAMCO. AAMCO does NOT provide:-any service follow up regarding the status of your vehicle -no loan or rental assistance -no one in charge Due to being scammed by AAMCO these young adults are struggling just to make ends meet for their children. All bills are either late, or unpaid with service fees which are costly. Example the $500 late fees just for their rent!!!AAMCO is/are a scammer!!! I am begging everyone to DO NOT use this COMPANY for ANYTHING!! Not even to use the bathroom it's that disgusting
