Love my pool store! They sell the ONLY pool chemicals that I use; BioGuard is more expensive than Walmart chemicals, but take a lot less and work better . . .

Ultra Modern installed my built-in pool liner in the summer of 2022. I added water all summer not knowing that it was leaking. They closed my pool and when I opened it in 2023, the water level was down over a foot. I called for them to come out and do a leak detection. It took over a month for them to come out, because they're so busy. They dove my pool and pressure tested the lines. They said the leak was in the main drain, which they plugged. My pool still leaked. I reached out to them again with no response. I finally got a competent pool inspector to come out and locate my leak within 5 minutes using a listening device. The faulty installation of the liner resulted in wrinkling around the steps which is where the pool was leaking. The liner seams are not in the corners. Think twice before using Ultra Modern to work on your pool! I regret giving them my money!

My family moved into a home with a pool a couple months ago, and we had no idea how to mantain, etc. We stayed with Ultra Modern because thats who th024. e previous home owners used. We are so happy that we did. Our pool tech is Landon, and he is a pool rock star! This young man is super detailed, professional, a great communicator, and he definately knows pools.We recommend Ultra Modern...see you all for pool opening in2024! You all have been great to work with. Thank you.

We use Logan from ultra modern to service our pool. Anytime I need anything Logan is there. He always calls ahead of time and to let me know he will be there. Or even when he might need to come out the following day. He’s very knowledgeable with the pool chemistry. Ultra modern is lucky to have him.

Lucas and the other service tech (I didn’t get his name) did an excellent job with closing our pool for the summer. They took the time to answer our questions and walk us through a lot of the steps with us being first time pool owners. Couldn’t say more positive things about them!

closed my pool @ estimated 350.00 ended up 714. and change half ass job left cover off waterfall, didnt even empty leaves out of leaf net on cleaner, that probably saved me 75.00. pool was clean ready to close when they arrived. never never use again. have used ultra modern for 35 yrs. for pool products, not any more.

Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door! Tim and Kara and another employee (name?) took time to look up and make sure I had the repair part I need for my pool sweep. Patio furniture sale was on, so I ended up getting 4 swivel Homecrest chairs. Great service all the way around, even on repair and painting of old patio furniture!

They're HORRIBLE!! Our pool has been green all summer long AND they're charging us as if it's good?!! Next year DIFFERENT company for sure. Ugh
